bought a Ford an hour away 6 days ago. today I noticed an obvious defect in a tire sidewall. I took the car here to the local Ford service. they put my full-sized spare on and but my wheel and bad tire in the bed of my truck. they said they would call the tire manufacturer and get back to me in a few days. they called me back same day and said the tire manufacturer would take 4-6 weeks to replace the tire. I argued that I bought a Ford and had no dealings wirh the tire manufacturer. they suggested I go to the dealership an hour away where I bought the car. Extremely poor customer service. The point of contact, Danny, was pleasant by the fact that the dealership wasn't willing to take care of this warranty issue in a time frame that makes sense just blows my mind. I won't go baclean.

Needed oil change and rear wiper blade. Service rep barely spoke intelligible English but offered to do oil change today but I would have to return in 2 or 3 weeks to have wiper blade replaced.

Called for appointment for service that is covered under my bumper to bumper unable to provide a rental car for my inconvenience. Prior to this called multiple times to speak to service with no return call. Would have taken car to my own garage but was told that ford had to do the repairs

Brought it in for an appointment specifically told them what was wrong drive there they do a system update but didn't have the parts for what I specifically asked them to do??? Why when I told them what was wrong and that's what my appointment was for.

I have been in the car industry for 25 years, I deal with car dealerships everyday and from this recent leasing experience I can say by far the best. I have been leasing merc benz since 2011 and have had numerous new merc benz vehicles over the years. They were no nonsense, great price, did not hide anything. Just ask for Phil Franco!, him and Phil Hart made this experience priceless , Now enjoying a new GLS 450, and working to see if we can do something else on another vehicle.

Staff here seemed lazy and wouldn't voluntarily assist you. Everybody there wanted to push their job responsibilities off onto someone else u0026 DC didn't care if you had to wait. If you would require immediate assistance it won't happen here.

Just bought a used vehicle and everything was easy. Ted P. was the salesman and did a great job. He listened to my concerns and we worked out a sale. Also the finance manager Jerry was great. He worked fast and explained all options clearly. I saw other reviews but kept an open mind during the sales process. I would buy another vehicle from Ted & Jerry any day.

Over many years, I have purchased four vehicles from the Masano Dealerships. Without fail I have been able to come to a deal , not only on trade in value but also on car price. The staff at both the Ford and Mercedes dealerships have always been most accommodating and patient with me— I am a haggler! Both my husband and I have taken our vehicles there for service. I must especially compliment the guys at the truck service because they have gone above and beyond to keep my husband’s work truck on the road. This is My first time dealing with the Ford division, and I Must give a shout out to Joe Ambrosi and Richard Nolt. Also a big thanks to John Masano himself for making this possible.

My experience was good. I purchased an used Honda vehicle here by seeing through their own website as well as other parties like True Car, Car Fax etc. The sales person was very cooperative. He explained everything clearly with so much of patience. I just visited 3 times this place. First time for test drive, 2nd time for Sales Agreement change due to some missing information and 3rd time to purshace the vehicle. The online vehicle price itself was reasonable and they didn't even reduce single dollar when we went and met in person. The compliment things is 1st and 6th oil change is free when we purchase a vehicle there. This is for life time i hope. The only issue I've faced was, i purchased vehicle with finance from credit union, where as in document they mentioned Bank Of America. Luckily I took my friend with me and as he already faced the same issue, i got escaped by reading all the documents before signing. Some typo mistakes may always happen like VIN number mistake or Bank name mistake etc. They followed me with out disturbing and finished all the document work before i reach them to complete the deal.
