This place has gone down hill since Covid & Tower Health acquisition. Tried to get an in person appt for an inner ear infection and they can't see me for 4 days. They suggested doing a video call but I need an appt for that too so 4 days. I'm not sure why I even have a primary care physician if they don't see their patients. Off to urgent care for what use to be sub-standard care, it still is but at least they will see me same day.

I just started going here, and it is very clear they care a lot about their patients' well-being. Thank you for being so helpful and kind.
