These guys are great!! It was my first time in today and they were so nice to me. They did my inspection, oil change, 4 tires and did both the front and back brakes. I didn't have to wait very long either and during my wait they would come and update me in what's going on. I highly recommend!

I had a brake problem and when I drove my car this morning the power steering did not work at all. Ever drive an SUV without power steering ??Horrible !!! Called Towne Auto and they got me in by the afternoon. Picked up my car around 5 pm - all was fixed !!! The replaced brakes and the power steering. Great service !!!!

Bring your vehicle at your own risk! Brought my car in for a simple repair only to find out when I get it back that they stripped one of my tire studs and broke off another leaving the wheel with a missing lug nut without even telling me what had happened. Had to wait 3 days to talk to a manager even though the supervisor on duty assured me the problem would be fixed twice. The day of the stud repair the manager Ricky tried to call me and go back on his repair offer trying to blame me for the broken studs! They did the repair anyway and I left very dissatisfied and uneasy. Worst experience ever! They should not be in business!
