Performance Toyota is the King of dealership land!!! Seriously though, the maintenance warranty is for the life of your car.. you don’t just get a silly sticker, a car mortgage and One free oil change for purchasing a new auto there like the other guys… They offer way more and have come through!!! Go check them out before you waste money at another dealership every time you go for routine maintenance!!!!!! I’m looking for a second auto already..

Pleased with my visit. Lobby is a good environment to sit and wait for my vehicle to be ready. Relatively quick service. Most of the service advisors are pleasant enough. Jeanette is fantastic at what she doe and remembers faces which I appreciate, answers any questions (which I normally have a ton) and helps out anyway she can. Will always recommend this dealership and Toyota.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I used performance Toyota for my airbag recall maintenance. Staff was extremely friendly, especially the man who greeted us and showed us how their car service works when you arrive. They did have to keep my car an extra day due to a part being missing prior to the appointment. Other than that, they were very informative and professional. I like the text option set up they have for you to contact them or vice versa when they have your vehicle, which is very convenient. My vehicle was kept in a safe place while there and was not kept out in the lot. Since it was a recall issue, there was no fee. Not sure if they are expensive. They did offer a few services for the future, but we’re not overbearing or pushy in any way. Thank you for taking care of my car!

I was traveling to see friends and on my way home I got a low oil pressure warning. My car was not drivable. I had it towed to performance Monday morning. My official appointment was at 11 but they had me on the road by 9am. Brandon and the service team were very thorough and walked me through everything they were seeing and doing to fix my car. I made it home later that day without any further issue.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I was pleased with the services rendered. I was rear-ended at the end of February. The car repairs took a few weeks longer than expected, but I had a rental to drive so that worked out fine.I'm happy to have my car back. The trunk is opening and closing fine. And the work looks good.Services: Painting

This is the best Toyota dealership bar none. Their service department, sales department and employees are the best in the business. They look out for their customers and have their best interest at heart. They are more like a family than a corporation. I travel an hour and 40 minutes to service my truck at Performance Toyota because of how they treated me and my vehicle. There are other Toyota dealerships much closer to my home, but they have never giving me this level of service and I appreciate everything you do for me. If you haven’t use this dealership, you really need to give them a try because you will see the difference between a standard dealership and one that wants to make your. Experience the best.Service: Electrical

First time at this business. Appreciated the service from welcome and followup to letting the mechanics know of issues. More than sufficient waiting room with amenities (coffee, clean facilities, TV). Took notice to business having someone to translate for those speaking Spanish. Details of my car issues were reviewed, the. Offered to wash car free of charge. Busy place but my wait was reasonable. Set up another appointment for recommended alignment.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I was referred to Performance Toyota after my previous vehicle started to cost more in repairs than it’s worth.Ken Stevenson worked with me personally to determine what kind of vehicle would work best for me. I am in no way a “car guy” and Ken Stevenson took time to get to know me and match me with a car that would serve my needs as a father and coach.I am also not much of a “finance guy”.Ken Stevenson was equally helpful in keeping my needs in step with my budget.Ken Stevenson explained all of the different options for purchasing/leasing my new vehicle. He guided me through the entire process in terms that I could fully understand and be comfortable with.Ken took time over a period of several days to speak with me over the phone and make my car buying experience a clear and stress free event.I am highly satisfied with the service I received from Ken Stevenson and the team at Performance Toyota.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Very happy with the complimentary State Inspection and 12 month maintenance. Also repaired a door ding perfectly at no cost. The wait time was not bad either. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful as usual. I drive over 1.5 hrs. To purchase and maintain my vehicles at Performance Toyota.Services: Auto body & trim repair

I brought the car in for a major maintenance visit, and they suggested tire replacement, spark plug replacement HVAC flush and other odds and ends. Their prices seemed high to me, but I went ahead with it because I didn’t have the time to comparison shop.I was especially irritated when the repairs were all done and I learned that they charge an extra 3% for using a credit card. Debit wasn’t an option for me because my car is a business expense, so I have to use a specific card.I am seriously considering going elsewhere for service in the future if they keep this charge.Services: Wheel alignment

Took my 2007 Yaris to Performance Toyota on recommendation of my regular mechanic, who suspected faulty piston rings after I'd had it in multiple times to diagnose a check engine light. Explained the situation to the best of my ability when I brought my car to Toyota and gave them the diagnostic spec sheet given to me by my mechanic. They diagnosed the check engine light as due to bad ignition coils (already knew this was part of the problem and had plans in place to replace them) but did not do compression testing to diagnose further. When I asked my rep, Chris, about compression testing, I was told that "I would have noticed more symptoms if it were faulty piston rings" (I never discussed symptoms with anyone) and not to worry about it. I insisted on compression testing and left my car to pick up later, as I'd been waiting almost 2 hours by that point.Upon pick up, the service rep claimed they'd performed compression testing on the ticket, but didn't provide any details besides "all cylinders up to spec." One week later after I've had all of my ignition coils replaced with my regular mechanic, and my check engine light is back on. Now I need to take my car to the shop for a sixth time, but I don't feel like being charged $230 just for diagnostics when I have reason to doubt whether they actually checked the thing I brought my car to them to check.Besides that, getting anyone at the service desk to talk to me while I was still waiting was like pulling teeth. All three were buried in their computers, and when one of them finally spoke with me, she just walked away to find out which of the other reps was working with me and didn't talk with me again. It was incredibly frustrating how dismissive the reps at the service desk were.Lastly, beware that this shop imposes a 3% merchant fee on payments by credit. I'm glad I was able to leave in the middle so I could grab my checkbook, otherwise I would have ended up spending even more money on what ultimately ended up being a complete waste.
