I do not recommend this company, they are thieves, crooks, they just illegally withdrew 2,300 dollars from my savings account without my authorization and I did not make any contract with them... they are happy because they rent and earn money, they left my account in o.oo ...without money to pay for my house and to eat...

I am still trying to figure out why you had 4 tow trailers and one trailer and you would not rent them for one way ... My car was broke down 2 1/2 hours away from home ! I would have paid extra ... That's ok ... You will never get my business again nor will I recommend you to anyone and let everyone in my life know how you would have left me stranded . It's a shame I have used your company multiple times for moving and always had one way drop off . I will find any other way to never use you again !!

Make sure you really look to see how they give you the truck. They lied on my milage and on the gas. Thank God I check because I would 0f paid for stuff I did not use. Very unprofessional. Rude people work here. They tell you one thing on the phone and when you get to the office it's the complete opposite. I will never rent from them again.

I reserved the truck online for 24 hours, but the representative said I have to bring it back earlier because they don't rent for 24 hrs. I said I won't because that is the one of the site's option & I need it for that time. She arguing that they need it to rent to others and another representative said that corporate has not updated it. I said it has has been like that for as long as I know and thst I can't bring it back earlier. She finally gave up and handed me the key. Upon my return, I surrendered my key and was asked how was the truck. I said, the windows are filthy on the inside that I can barely see and the dashboard is also grimy. Two reps chimed in, "corporate won't let us clean the windows". Terrible misrepresentation of corporate. Also, the mileage charge went up from less then .50 cents per mile to .99 cent per mile, double what it used to be. Terrible experience I had and will not come back nor will I recommend anyone.

The worst place to rent a truck they rob you they overcharge you and they put extra miles when they're not supposed to I went 30 mi each way and they charge me for 84 miles when I only went 60 miles

Worse uhaul around. They put you on hold and they don’t pick the phone back up and just hang up. Never deal with this location. U-Haul needs to close this one down!

Dreadful customer service, poor placement of location with an undersized motor pool area. They really need to retrain on customer service and consolidate the operation down the street by the uhaul storage center so people aren't running up and down the hill to pickup their rentals.

The customer service at this location takes away from a pleasant experience. I did not reserve ahead of time and instead went inside to do so. The older lady with blonde hair who was behind the counter has no idea what customer service entails and had a very rude and unpleasant attitude; her body language, gesture and tone were out of place. She was very unprofessional. Instead of making sure they are being treated politely since we’re choosing them for their service, she makes customers feel like they’re a bother, especially if they ask questions. This location should dedicate more time on training their employees on providing good customer service.

The staff was very helpful at the Reading and State College locations. The whole process was quick and easy. A lot of other businesses could learn from the way U-Haul handles their customers. Thank you.
