This is a very long-standing establishment in the Reading Berks County area and I have frequently use them for a number of my Personal and business account services- printing ,email ,FedEx and UPS Services…On an average week 2 to 3 times.On my most recent experience, An Employee … Who has served me numerous times previously, Clearly displayed some of the most disrespectful, arrogant and ignorant “ Customer service” that I had ever experienced.It’s unfortunate, But perhaps she should’ve called off that day, instead of dealing with a repeat customer in such a manner.The range of services available for surpasses, that of most other printing businesses!But the interaction , Customer service & Attitude of this unmentionable employee…Simply put was disgusting!

Extremely helpful and efficient service! I basically showed up with an image and no idea what I wanted. Joan was able to come up with the PERFECT solution to fit my needs.
