I recieved a text message I believe is a fraud. I tried to call the customer service help line. The phone system they have does not understand and will not connect me to a service rep. Worst experience I've ever had with UPS.

UNABLE TO PERFORM WHAT THEY OFFER. The absolute worst way to ship anything important or time sensitive. I paid for overnight shipping… massive failure….3 days later zero help from the location I shipped from and an automated service that will drive a person insane.

After speaking to logistics and getting everything straight where the package should be delivered on the front door of the residence I have no complaints at all and I will recommend. To my luck I have a driver on my route that knows me personally and I always get my packages.

The UPS Driver came to my house on November 17th, never left the ipods from Apple. I missed the call on ring, note said he would attempt next day. Well I called Customer support and spoke to Mona, asked if this needed a signature. She said i need to call the Shipper and have them scan a manifest in. Are you kidding me!? I asked why they didnt just leave it, she was very rude! Wasnt any help, kept repeating, she can't help me, have shipper scan a manifest. We signed the paper, left a note in the door. I got a notification this package was delivered. I have ring, the package was NEVER! delivered. Why wouldn't they deliver to the same house, from the day before!? Trying to get ahold of someone is impossible at UPS! This is the worst company to ship with. They said it will take 10 to 15 days to locate this package. Now someone has a nice pair of ipods! They don't do anything! To locate your package. Where is my package!? Why isn't someone sending the driver back to the wrong location, to get this!!!

I don’t now how this service works when I called before I went there and told something else when I got there.I got on the phone with ups…and told me I can pick up my package cause they couldn’t deliver the package cause of the weather so when we got there they said they couldn’t give us the package then told me that I had to wait for it for the 3 rd day when I paid for next day service. Now telling me I can’t get my money back that I have to wait for delivery when I want it for pick up. And the lady gave a bad attitude to me when I work 3rd shift and loosen sleep over this.

UPS lost a very sentimental heirloom that was supposed to be sent to me. I went to the facility a number of times but never could get anywhere with anyone. I tried various different numbers I was given but people really weren't helpful. They just didn't care. Several months ago I put a claim into UPS but have had NO response at all. This item was a family heirloom. I even said that on the papers I submitted to them. This is something that never can be replaced. I am heartbroken about this and UPS just doesn't care. They haven't even tried to look even though my package was last scanned into the Reading, PA warehouse on April 28 which is only 15 minutes from my house. I don't see how it could be so hard to find. However, if you don't look, you'll never find anything. I will make sure to never use UPS again.

Terrible drivers, there is no such thing as an on time delivery from these guys. Driver leaves in the early morning and my package still ended up back at the facility.

Convenient to have close by wish they would cater more to the public with the office hours. Opening at 11am is just too late.
