I had to wait a short time but Monica was very knowledgeable and so accommodating. My husband and I both got new phones and she handled everything so professionally. She answered all our questions. We left as very satisfied customers.

The female Verizon store representative politely welcomed each customer who entered the store. She was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient while multitasking and listened to the reasons why I came to the store, and, I left the store after she was able to resolve my needs r/t my phone as well demonstrating to me how to hopefully resolve the concerns with my phone should the same issues occur again in the future.

Outstanding service from Kaley, Monica and Ryan! Kaley stayed far later than I think any of us anticipated to make sure our upgrade was done right - and it was. Monica went above and beyond, even driving to another location (at the tail end of her day) to get the specific devices we'd requested, and Ryan's patience and knowledge in answering all our questions displayed a high level of professionalism. We went way out of our way to visit this store, and I'd do it again, because this crew went way out of their way to accommodate us. Thanks for making it easy.

Don't bother making an appointment, the person working there said she doesn't even know if there are appointments so its first come first serve. Only one person working on a Sunday and two people in front of us despite having an appointment. I've always had good service here but they must have a new manager. I'll look for another store that honors appointments.
Update, tried again with the appointment and were flat out denied service due to too many walkins in front of us. I'd give this store zero stars if that were an option. Avoid this place and find a reputable Verizon store.

Amazing customer service! Me and my son were welcomed into the store by the friendliest furry four-legged associate named Jayce. He was very welcoming and even walked us over to the desk. Deserves extra treats and belly scratches! I was also helped out by Amy as well, very friendly and amazing customer service! 10/10!

the customer service rep was very nice in the store; however, this store apparently cannot do simple things like transfer lines. as a whole, Verizon makes it incredibly difficult for abuse survivors to independently separate themselves from their previous phone plans. there really should be better resources out there for customers going through a similar situation, or possibly worse. getting away from the abuser is half the battle, and Verizon sure doesn't make that process easy. this review is based on Verizon as a whole, as this now goes into month 3 of me trying to simply move my one phone line to my own separate account.
