“Everyone from the front office through technicians and doctors are great to work with at Willow Creek. My most recent visit is an example. It was easy to schedule an appointment for my dog Murphy and me. I was taken into a room on time. the technician arrived shortly after and Dr. Rice followed soon after that. Dr. Rice took time to discuss with me a treatment plan for Murphy. I feel very positive about our way forward and resolving Murphy’s issue.”

“I want to take a few minutes to explain how wonderful they have been at this Veterinary Hospital. My dog is 10 years old, she’s a Yorkshire and I have another 6 month old little poppy. Throughout this time, the doctors, especially Dr. A. Kline, have always been professional, kind, friendly, and humane. I love this place for my pets, it is the best!!
The truth is that they have always received us ASAP - if possible, on the same day - even if the doctor and all the Staff leaves very late "after the usual time", they make an appointment and receive us. ?? The office staff is courteous and very patient. The place is very clean and every time I wait to be received, I see everyone cleaning some space of the Hospital, “all the time”, it smells clean. I congratulate the owner of this Hospital and I hope that all the staff receive the same quality of work with a wonderful and humane attitude. I also want to add that each time the doctors look first for the health of the animal and not for the cost and price to make money in the business. (Diagnostic Evaluation cost $89) For x-rays $200 approximately, and the cost of the surgeries varies. People who have pets know that veterinarians are very expensive and the attention and quality of your pet is "terrible". In this place, in each of my visits, they will first provide the best way for our pets to be healthy. I feel grateful to have them. And I bless each and every one of the workers of this place. “friendly staff. dr crawford is wonderful. listens to what you have to say even if you sound like a nutty pet parent. never feel rushed. very thorough. my cats & dog go there. they always accommodate us w a room right away b/c my dog is unpredictable around other dogs. super kind & supportive when you suffer a loss.”

“THANK YOU.Im embarrassed but we are both disabled and i also have high aniety and ptsd and almost died from covid. Oh n im old. My puppy is my new therapy dog and i was so upset getting her spayed. I believe i even like a fool started crying when i brought her in this morning. I WANT TO THANK THEM AND THE DR. I was so nervous. This staff n Dr. Were so nice to me and my puppy.
