I would give 0 stars if I could. Went to get nyquil for my sick child. They refused to let me in the store at 10:30. other customers were there shopping. Finally the manager acknowledged me(I guess you coulld say). One of the nastiness people I have EVER came into contact with . The amount of time spent arguing with me I could have grapped the medicine I needed and been on my way. When I asked why he is refusing to let me grabe the medicine(at this point 1045. He claimed they were closed. when I told him google hours say 11 and the fact that he argued for 15 minutes, he said that is wrong and it is 10PM.... No matter WHAT it says after this post, they WILL NOT let you shop after 10PM.

I was able to find most of the items that I wanted, and the staff at the check out point were very courteous and helpful.

I have shopped at this Walmart since it opened 25+ years ago but will never step foot in there again. It's been going downhill for years but what happened the other day was the last straw. My husband and I stopped in to pick up a few items, 10 to be exact. I usually do self checkout but the line was atrocious so we found a cashier. I paid while my husband got the bags. He saw a bag off to the side and asked if we had all our stuff and cashier said yes. We left with our three bags and within a few minutes of getting home we realized we were missing 4 items. I immediately called the store, no answer, which is the norm. I grabbed the receipt and we drove right back to the store. Very long story short, because they yanked us around for over 25 minutes, we were treated like criminals for their mistake (honest mistake, this is not an attack on cashier). We were told "Security" needed to look at footage from register, which that in itself was ridiculous. They've got people walking out with stolen merchandise on the regular but your going to put your crack "asset protection coach" on the case of the $26 forgotten bag heist. This guy determined we got all our bags. How he could possibly know this from an overhead camera, when he had know idea how many items were purchased. He was nasty, aggressive, rude, and dressed like a slob, extremely unprofessional. He literally called my husband a liar when he said the photo he showed us didn't look right because there was a bag off to the side. I asked "Security guy" how many bags we took and he responded "plenty". It was one of the most ludicrous interactions I've ever had. I dont know what is wrong with this guy but he needs a mental health check and he would be fired if he worked for me. I'm not sure what he was getting at but we weren't accusing them of shorting us a 65 inch television. The bag literally contained salt, blackstone griddle seasoning paste, a 97 cent silicone brush and a bottle of Suave hairspray. Must have been a slow day for security guy 🙄.They wronged us and instead of an apology for our troubles this guy escalated what should have been a non event. I wasn't even angry until after 20 minutes I was told "you got your stuff". My husband had the good sense to walk out before he lost his cool. I followed about 5 minutes later. I did call corporate the next day and they had a store manager call me. I was able to go back and get the items we were shorted but after that ordeal and no real apology from anyone in the store, I'm done. Shop at your own risk and God forbid they forget to give you all your bags. It's not worth the aggravation. There are so many better options. Target is my go to for good reason.

Most of the employees are great. Kevin however will not take your safety seriously. He lacks in professionalism and decorum. I highly suggest visiting a different store.

This Walmart often has the aisles blocked with the store associate shopper's carts. The carts are big and they leave them in the center of the aisle so it's hard to go around them.
It's also hit or miss with the self-checkout, which is my BIGGEST problem with them. If you have a full cart, you MAY NOT be able to go through self-checkout because it's at the manager's discretion. So, if the manager wants full carts to go through regular lines, they should put up a sign saying so. THERE WAS NO SIGN! I'm not sure what makes the difference (maybe they're worried about shoplifters - in which case they shouldn't have self-checkouts - or maybe they don't want long lines - so they should open more registers). Today, I was told it was to speed things along, but when I went to get in a regular line with my full cart THERE WAS ONLY ONE LINE OPEN! If it's to speed things along, why is there ONLY ONE REGULAR LINE OPEN? It took me 20 minutes to check out (including wait time). If I had gone through the self-checkout, I could have done it in half the time, because I know how I want to bag my 74 items and I can just grab them from the cart and scan. I don't have to put them on a belt first. It's ridiculous!!!
Many of the employees are also RUDE!
