The vehicle service center has bad service. They barely ever have someone at the counter and it took over 10 minutes to get someone’s help. I had an appointment and they weren’t ready for me. Tried calling but literally the phone at the desk in front of my started ringing! Very annoying to want to pay for a service and they just don’t care.

Came to the Car care center for an oil change and 2 new wiper blades. No one outside to check customers in. Came inside, no one at the counter. Pressed the 'Help' button, no one showed up. Stood there at least 20 minutes, pressing the 'help' button repeatedly. It is a joke!! Finally a young man came to the counter to check a customer out. I figured he would check me in! I figured wrong! He started out the door so I called to him that I needed to be checked in. He said that someone would be with me in a minute. He had a very sorry attitude! No one showed!! After 10 more minutes I started calling the store, HR, electronics etc, no one answered. I actually tried to get customer service....no luck! Finally saw someone outside the bay and talked to him. Told him how long I had been waiting....he said, oh no, that was not correct, he knew because he had been watching the counter! Finally he did come to the counter to check me in. At least his attitude improved when he did.I understand that they are working understaffed and I feel for them! I am a previous Walmart employee and I have been on that end! Still no reason to basically call a customer a liar! I gave 2 stars because they did give an effort once they got to the counter. But, in the end, this is no way to run a business!

Idk what happened here, but I like it. This place was super clean and organized, and every staff person I came in contact with was super friendly, helpful, and courteous. Way to go, Walmart!!!

I know they are busy, but how you're not going to see you have customers waiting. We stood in the auto center for over 40 minutes, and no one has the decency to come up to the desk. Another employee came knocked on the door and told them that they had customers waiting and they didn't still did not came out. Management get organized!!!

The Walton family, who are the primary share holders, need to recognize that customers are annoyed with unorganized and dirty stores. For example, many grocery products are out of date and still on shelves. The horrible experience and wait time of using self check out and the none response of the Walmart employee. Plus, no one ever answers the phone, or it hangs up after 3 rings, and the pharmacy's new phone system is horrible and time-consuming.

When they’ve stocked their shelves, they are pretty good. Absolutely love the free pick up service and Free Shipping with Walmart +. They shop and put it into your trunk. Tough to beat.

Some people act as though they don't want to work there when I ask for the fitting room. I was told I don't work in that department and walked away. If that happened to them, how would they feel? Also, it looks dirty, not stock . This is why I shop at another store friendly people cleaner store feather away. I'll deal. There are a few bright stars in that store, the one Walmart greeters she might be soft-spoken but nice, and does her job customer service people get better and nicer liking that.

I waited almost 5 hours to have my tires balance/rotated two of guys was supposed to be there by 7am but started at 9am to get there break by 10:30am I was the 3rd one there the 6th to leave.There was people who came after me and left before me these guy's don't take there job seriously, stealing the company money procrastinating there job because they get paid hourly no respect for their jobs nor the time of customer they attending! The manager wasn't there so I guess they didn't care!These are the guys name the last one didn't want to tell me his name and ignore everyone in there waiting!

I order things online like every day for pick up and delivery, I spend thousands a month on orders, I have never had issues with refunds, when you order dozens and dozens of items, the items aren't always correct, therefore I Always had a quick and proper return. However today I come in and show my order number, my name and given receipt which is usually taped on item, the workers made me wait half hour just to call some ogp or whatever and then finally e-commerce manager named russ, who was very rude, ct are you returning this for, saying I stole the items and then escortd me out of store, it was humiliation and such nasty treatment for no reason, simply because they didn't know or want to help me, so Russ, if that's his real name, was walking around like I did somethinwrong.e screen

The staff could definitely be improved for customer assistance and more registers with actual cashiers (only one with a very long line) would be nice!!
