They continously mess up HOT LATTES. It's not there first time doing this, but my latte does not have the caramel in it nor the caramel drizzle. I don't understand how there employees can screw up coffee when the ingredients and instructions are written right in front of them. Now I have what taste like water down latte with no caramel! It's my hard earned money, NOT THEIR money! Some employees are incompetent!

Ordered a 10 inch tuna hoagie that was a joke. NEXT TO NO tuna on the sandwich. ASKED FOR HOT PEPPERS AND SWEET PEPPERS....NEXT TO NONE ON THE HOAGIE. ASKED FOR SPINACH. 4 LEAVES ON THE ENTIRE 10 INCH HOAGIE. MAY AS WELL NAME YOURSELVES SHEETZ CAUSE YOUR HOAGIES SUCK AS BAD AS

I used to love this location, it’s close to my house and I enjoyed the food and variety of what they had, but recently it has really been bad. I often order DoorDash to be delivered to my house on days I really don’t want to drive down, now on the DoorDash app and their own app I can’t order my usual frozen drinks that I liked and most times when I order food it isn’t what I ordered or most of the order is missing. And however they made some of the last ones it didn’t taste anything like I ordered at all and I just had to toss it. Plus today I put a curbside order in so that once i was off work I could drive by on my way home and not have to leave my car……. I waited an extra 10 minutes for 2 frozen drinks and still no one came out. I finally went inside and asked a lady if she had seen a mobile order ready for Alex, she pointed me to their mobile orders rack which I had double checked before finding someone and it wasn’t there. I mentioned I had been waiting out in my car for my curbside order and she and the two other ladies started bickering about who had supposedly said over the walkie that they had heard the curbside notification and were going to bring it out. The one cashier ran out from the checkout with the bag and my half frozen drinks, I didn’t want to say anything because they were still arguing so just thanked them and left. Very frustrating and completely puts me off from wanting to go inside or even order from there again.

The staff at store 274 use to be happy and sing to customers I have been going to that location since 2004 change in manager's people are quitting please look into this.The entrance to the store is totally disgusting trash,window's are dirty if anyone enters that store they should turn around and leave if the entrance is dirty I would not like to see behind the counters CORPORATE PLEASE HELP thank you

We never used to have an issue with this location, but recently it has been HORRIBLE. None of our recent orders have been correct. Last time, I ordered a turkey hoagie and received a weird mix of every meat but turkey. This time I was happy to see I actually received turkey, except they forgot every single topping I ordered besides spinach. Both times my sandwich ended up inedible and in the garbage. The order receipt paper attached to my sandwich is always accurate so maybe the person making the orders doesn’t know how to read?? It seems pretty simple to read a list of ingredients and plop them on a roll. It is quite irritating and we often order delivery, so driving back for a corrected sandwich really defeats the purpose of paying for that. This location needs to get it together big time.

We stopped to get rolls to bring to family’s house for make your own hoagie. First they packaged the rolled in a tied grocery bag. When I requested something actually closed the girl grabbed the roll to move it into a new bag without gloves on. She realized and went to get gloves, but still put the roll in the bag. I didn’t want to ask for a new one since she was obviously disgruntled from me asking them to not put the rolls loose in a a grocery bag from the register area.

I love Wawa the first time I felt discrimination
I bought a croissant and my co worker bought hash brown the manager need retraining Kory thought I stole a sandwich asking for a receipt mind you I told her to ask the cashier that I paid but she didn't gave me a receipt nor a bag I grabbed a bag and put the hash brown that the coworker gave me and few coffee straws for my other coworkers that was waiting outside which they bought coffee know at this point she shouting to the cashier did she pay she said no I told her yes I did she still scam only the sandwich not the hash brown because she look at my co worker with a smile on her face I said my bank statement won't lie quickly oh yes you pay for it here you can have it back I said no I want my money back after being loud and embarrassed me stereotype me only Spanish person who wants to eat afyer that no apology and smiling after she gave me the money everyone stop looking I left and came back got the store number and her name reported this need to stop a $4 dollar sandwich my career is driving truck and again $4 dollar sandwich kory you need training.she is Unprofessional poor ethic .. hopefully this won't happen again .

Very horrible experience. Employees are extremely rude especially the managers. They did not handle the situation I had properly or professionally. I definitely will report this to corporate. I will not visit this Wawa anymore. Rude, arrogant and unprofessional. I hope the rude employees get some kind of written misconduct for their disgusting behavior towards us customers. Highly unacceptable.

One of the better in the area, my only complaint is constantly have to dodge the rotating cast of homeless that congregate by the front door.
