I stopped by the showroom and it stated appointment only I knocked on the door
A young lady seemed annoyed opened the door for me and said I guess you can look around but you need an appointment I traveled 45 minutes to buy that day and asked her if I could order something she said you need to make an appointment! I asked her how long to get the bathroom shower system and faucets
She said 3 to 4 weeks!!!! I asked if I could get it Fed Ex she said no I left very disappointed
I drove to another competitor and it was a night and day experience friendly and very informative I ordered everything that day and I spent over 9k for my two bathrooms I received
It in 3 days!!!! I would not recommend them
