Recently stopped in to get help with a problem with my ATM card and Alma was able to get on the phone with customer service and resolve the issue in a timely manner. Much appreciated.

My wife and I went to this branch today to take care of a endorsement issue for a insurance check. Ally and Alma helped us through the process, quickly and professionally. Their customer service was excellent.

Very poor service. I deposited a check and understand 3 business days to clear, but 11 days is ridiculous. They continue to lie to me and say the check cannot be verified. When in fact, the financial institution that wrote me the check, says that it can. I was also told that wellsfargo does this to everyone who deposits a large check. They hold your money hostage. They put me and my family in a very bad situation as we are in between buying a house and needed those funds. Once my money is released, myself and my family are breaking ties with wellsfargo. It takes one phone call from wellsfargo to the other bank to verify the funds but wellsfargo continues to play their games and sit on their hands. Worse service I ever received from a bank.

This is the slowest branch I have ever Ben to. I have to wait 20 min almost every time I come. For a big bank they never have more then 1 or 2 people at the window.

Every time I go to this location I get this one teller that always gives me a miserable look and attitude, now I purposely go to a different location because I don’t want my feelings hurt every time I go to the bank

This place never picks up the phone. It’s Wednesday at 4:21. They still open for more then 30 minutes. I called 3 times. 5 minutes of me just listening to the phone ring each time. Fifteen minutes. You would think someone would have just picked up and said something along the lines of sorry we are a bit busy can you please hold. Such an inconvenience that now I have to get in my car and drive 30 mins to this branch just to ask a freaking question!

Worst service ever. I waited for 20 min to open an account and then the manager comes to tell me they can't help me out because they have appointments already scheduled. Really bad service. I been to bank of america and citizens bank and they have never done that. 0 stars for this temple branch.

Worst bank. Seriously how long do I have to sit in the drive through waiting for you to hand out money. Ridiculous. Not one car moved in 25 minutes. No excuse. Happens every time I try this location. Oh yeah and the first one I tried before this one was closed “temporarily” but doesn’t say that anywhere so thanks. 3rd time must be a charm let’s hope I have to get to work. Thanks for wasting so much of my time today!

Its a shame, I chose this location concerning a business account and I will say I spoke with 4different people. The 2nd person who was a women shouldn't be in charge of anything!!!!!!! The other 3 were some what helpful but wasted an hour of my time. There was no organization and the baton kept being passed along. I would and will never personally bank with wells fargo, their history always proves its about the money and not the customer. Trust me when I say credit unions are always better!!!

Very difficult to cancel an account. You call up and are placed on hold for 15 minutes. They then tell you need an appointment with the branch to close your account. You call the branch to make an appointment to close the account and the tell you they can't make the appointment and then they give you a number to call which gives you no selections to set up appointments. I then have to try to find other numbers to call which then is another long wait and they then hang up on me again. Very frustrating. Then I call again to set up appointment, but they don't seem know how the branches operate or what they can do for me which is amazing they don't know policies. Plus they can't get me in to close the account for days. Why can't they just close it over the phone and send me a check is beyond me. Other banks can do it. I was just going to close a CD but now I am planning to close all my accounts. With COVID-19 why should we subject ourselves to have to go into a branch?

There is usually no problems coming here. But 9am drive through open means 9am open. As of writing this it's 9:15am and they STILL aren't open and there are people in the bank. You can see them.

Usually I have no problem with this place. Today I saw them close door on one person who ran to get in before it was 2 PM. Bank closes T 2 on Saturday. The time was 2.01. There was no one behind him. They could have let him in. And the person manning the door told us not to let him in as we were heading out. What kind of customer service is this?

Opening an account is speedy but closing one they have the worst attitude. Go to the one on 11th street these pole are RUDE ðŸ˜
