More and more disappointed with staff. Because it is a small store there is no self checkout. The teenagers and most older staff are just miserable. The teenagers are so distracted, I recently had to totally re-do my payment method because he missed that I was using a gift card. Sometimes the check out process happens without one word being exchanged, and “thank you” is totally absent from the vocabulary. I tried to complain to corporate and got a generic response. It would be nice to hear from the local management. You have lost a customer. On the brighter side, deli staff is outstanding.
