“After moving, I was not receiving any mail to my new address. When I came to this location, everyone there started to do what they could to help me. “I really don't understand any of the negative reviews about this post office. I've been going here for over a decade and the staff are some of the friendliest of any post office that I've ever been to. From my experience, the people who seem to be frustrated are the ones that aren't educated with the mailing system in one way or another. They don't know how to label their packages, they don't understand each of the services, they complain about pricing, they have no concept on how long a package will take to get to its destination or they have the patience of a fifth grader. Every single time I've been here, I've been treated with respect, everything has been efficient as far as process and any questions I've had were were answered in a timely manner.”

“The clerk Jessica at Red Hill is so kind, professional and thorough with each customer. She was a big help today checking into tracking a letter. Dear friends and neighbors, you don’t have to drive to Green Lane to find the nicest clerk anymore! Though as far as I know, they are still nice there, too. East Greenville is decent. Clerks are professional and competent. More convenient parking and closer to Walmart.”
