Ever since Mimi left, the energy has been a lot more welcoming. I really appreciate the kindness of the employees!

The clerk Jessica at Red Hill is so kind, professional and thorough with each customer. She was a big help today checking into tracking a letter. Dear friends and neighbors, you don’t have to drive to Green Lane to find the nicest clerk anymore! Though as far as I know, they are still nice there, too. East Greenville is decent. Clerks are professional and competent. More convenient parking and closer to Walmart.

The African American lady at the front desk is a disgrace to customer service. I can’t believe that they would continue to let a person like this represent a government facility. I would understand her absolutely ridiculous rudeness if there was a busy crowd of customers. But I was parked across the street for 15 mins prior to entering filling out paperwork and she had exactly 0 customers. Only 2 people entered to access there P.O. Box which is self serve. Idk what is wrong with people? But we are paying and giving benefits to these employees because our taxes pay for it. And they do not deserve it at all. I know at least 10 people that would do the job better and treat people better, not to mention represent out country’s mail service better. Do better USPS. Secret shopper and I’m sure you bust her.

You never know which Mimi you're going to get when you visit this location, but the attitude that I received during my last visit here was the last straw. I now drive the extra few miles and just go to the East Greenville post office.

I don't understand why this location keeps the vestibule locked when the counter is not open. It makes it EXTREMELY difficult for people to get there during the limited hours. I work night shift and cannot pick up mail from the box on any of my.workdays

Really appreciated the customer service. Mimi and crew helped intercept a package that was picked up that day that had a slightly different mailing address that I didn’t catch until after I shipped..They found it before it got “lost in the mail” ! Thank you so much!

I too, have had the same experience with the RUDE lady at this post office. I simply asked her to weigh an envelope to ensure that the postage was enough... the look and expression on her face was unbelievable. I think that it is her job, no? I will no longer go to this post office.

The rudest woman ever. She thinks she can cover up her rudeness and trying to make people feel stupid by wishing a merry Christmas. I'll be completing the survey. Someone needs a new job or something. Can't be that miserable in a customer service job.

The same African-American women that all the others on here are complaining about really is extremely rude working in a post office. You would have to expect to help people with sending packages? right she treated me like such an idiot today. Also, she obviously had a cold. She was trying to wear something like a mask, but it was a thin scarf and now I’m afraid I’m gonna get something

Great experiences. The "mean"woman everyone refers to has always been nothing but kind, helpful and appropriate with us. We don't need a best friend just a clerk who does her job, knows what she is doing and is helpful.

I can't speak for the entire post office, however the one gentleman who delivers my mail is more than 5 stars. He said his name is Dalton and he is absolutely outstanding at going above beyond. Always consistent and never a single issue. Tip of the hat to you Sir.
