Bought a used chevy,check engine light came on a week later,made appointment,service guy tried to tell me there was a 146 dollar diagnostic fee,wasn’t too happy about that,catalytic converter needed replacing,warranty covered it,no diagnostic fee was charged part was replaced a week later,so far so good.service dept was quick,just a few hours

First, Ben was fantastic both this time and last month when the car was in for same problem. My 2016 Chevy Sonic was brought in around the first week of September with check engine light on (code P0011) and misfiring. To my knowledge, the timing belt was replaced along with a tune up including replacing spark plugs. Most of the work was covered under my extended warranty. I paid the $250 deductible and another $215+/- for the spark plugs and labor. Not even a month later the car began missing again, way worse than before -same code. I had it towed to your dealership. This time it was ignition coil 1. Diagnostic was run in September and was supposed to be so good that it would pinpoint what was wrong. I was told this last visit that my extended warranty had expired by mileage. So I had to pay $567.76 out of pocket. I feel the problem should have been found last month instead of just randomly replacing parts. I am very dissatisfied with your “certified” mechanics and your “state of the art” diagnostic equipment. Now that my warranty has expired, I will not return for any type of service and will definitely not recommend your service department.

I truly appreciate all that Miguel Rodriguez did to help get me into my new to me Ford Escape. When I took the car for a test drive, there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke in the car. Miguel had an ozone treatment preformed, and it took the smell out.From the moment of meeting Miguel, he was very professional, and did not push us into taking the car. We told them what was wrong with the truck and still got charged a diagnostics fee. Charged $377 for an oil change! They had the truck for 9 hours to do oil change. They left oil drain pan and used filter in bed of my truck. Said they cleaned underside of truck but yet there is all kinds of oil still under the truck. Will never take another vehicle to Apple!
