“We purchased a home a few months ago and all of our appliances were selected through ADU. Their showroom has the most complete selection of brands and appliances that we have ever seen, and it is very well organized.The best part of ordering through ADU though, is their staff. The staff member we spoke with most often, is Tammy Bowers. She is their client account manager and we highly recommend consulting with her for any appliance needs. Tammy is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a concern with one of the appliances and when we contacted Ms. Bowers, she immediately put us at ease and resolved the issue beyond our expectations. There are many words of praise that are well-deserved, but the fact that she was so polite and helpful, going the extra mile, while making us feel valued, will keep us as loyal customers. “This is the best Home Depot that I've ever been in not only is the customer service experience great here but the store is never super crowded very clean very organized I work in Baltimore and live in York so I stopped in this Home Depot to pick up materials on my way to job sites all the time I prefer it over any of the Home Depots in Baltimore”

My fridge was delivered in a week, they give you many add on options for delivery to fit your needs. The deliverymen were very nice and careful with my new fridge. They got it setup in a timely manner as well. A very nice local appliance store, highly recommended”

“Solid location with easy access and ample parking even for large vehicles with trailers. The people are nice and customer service is quick and efficient. Stock for most things is good with plenty of options for most products when building. I am docking them one star though since the finishing product could be better. I find the selection of things like lights, faucets and such could be more expansive.I suggest using the Home Depot app on your phone and switch to store mode when shopping. Sometimes things aren’t where you expect and this will make locating product easier.In a pinch you can always use ship to store although I find ship to home to be faster. They do offer curbside and locker pickup as well.”

A young man named Cam asked if he could help me, and proceeded to amicably assist me with my issues with flooring and then in plumbing as well. It's rare to find someone knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. He did. Awesome kid, he should be on the management track, hope he does well.”

I stopped in on February 16 2024 looking for a couch around 4:30 and I asked if they could deliver it the same night and at first they weren't sure if they could so they called the delivery drivers and asked if they could deliver it and they didnt hesitate to say yes.
