“Ok place to get used stuff but alittle disappointed as we donated paint and it was free but they have standards as it can't have any rust on can or more then half full but some cans we had did have a few rust spots but nothing steel wool couldn't remove and had a can of stain which I opened when home but was almost full so not sure why they wouldn't take it . It's like giving them free stuff like the goodwill for free but they profit off it and resell it . But doubt I'll take any more donations there as to many stipulations.”

“I was absolutely amazed by the service at this Lowe’s, specifically Angela Vess. I bought an expensive dust collection system that on the app gave a 15 zero tracking number and said delivered. It had not been delivered an I was very frustrated because FedEx was no help. I called this Lowe’s and Mrs. Vess immediately found information on this order and went above and beyond contacting the vendor, getting the right tracking number, and emailing me all this information. I want to thank Lowe’s for being so considerate with my time and concerned about my issue.”

“My wife and I have been shopping here since the store opened over a decade ago. We’ve seen lots of employees change and a couple stay over the years. Though, this group of kids in the evening are horrible. The whole group; Jeremy, Alex, and another one were sitting on the checkout desks having inappropriate conversations. Overheard them talking about smoking drugs on the roof of the store and how annoying “morning crew” are on how they “don’t do their jobs and leave it to us”. I asked for the manager on this and Jeremy popped up with a condescending attitude and said “I’m the store manager, brother”. I then saw the reason there are these issues. I paid for my items and left. My wife went in a few days later and spoke to the actual store manager Chad and he was an incredibly pleasant person and seemed to genuinely care of the concerns on hand. Chad is wonderful and inherited a mess from the previous store manager, the store is very clean, well stocked, and all the morning employees are smiling, helping me and other customers, and look to be truly enjoying their jobs and doing it well. Amber, Jason, Christian, Chad, and Allison are all amazing working and deserve recognition. This group of great workers is why I chose a 4/5 stars. If it wasn’t for the night workers this would be a 5/5 star review.”
“Visiting helping my mother, I went in looking for some flooring as well as a water heater. A young man named Cam asked if he could help me, and proceeded to amicably assist me with my issues with flooring and then in plumbing as well. It's rare to find someone knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. He did. Awesome kid, he should be on the management track, hope he does well.”
“From the moment I called to inquire about the flooring I purchased to the time I left the store, the service I received was excellent. I spoke with Andi over the phone and she was both friendly and helpful and even took the time to call me to get my order ready to pick up later that day. When there was a slight issue at check out both Andi, Tyler all the other staff members I encountered were calm, cool and collected the whole time. I would definitely recommend going to this one for the service and as always Home Depot has a good selection for what you need.”
