The automated system for the pharmacy is enough to make you go crazy. It will not allow you to talk to a human, and talks in circles. Need some Ativan after trying to deal with that.

Clearly, the word on the street is accurate. This pharmacy likes to play doctor and mess with people's lives. If my doctor writes a prescription, you better do your damn job and fill it! Thanks to you, I can't get my meds and as a result, my CRPS has spread to 75% of my body. It's time for CVS to get out of this business before patient suicide rates rise. Youre supposed to help. But instead, you're the last straw. Live with that.

An employee named Linda was so rude. I came up when she was talking to the pharmacist out on the floor. I waited to the side and was waiting till they were done with there conversation. She stops huffs and says do you need?. I say yes mam do you sell malox? She says no but seems confused. I say it’s a medicine for your stomach. She stares at me and huffs. I say do you know who would sell it? She gives me attitude and says Aaaah like Walmart, like I’m an idiot. I was so caught off guard by her rudeness I just thank her and walk away. I see another employee ( male) explain what happens he smiles and says yes there has been some changes and stress. I get we have off days. I work with people as well and I leave my stress and negative crape at home. I went to rite aid after that.

Speaking only of the pharmacy- it’s fine. The staff, though, especially John at the drive through pharmacy window, are great.

Pharmacy manager Ryan could care less about customers. He is extremely rude and you can tell that he hates his job. Save yourself the torture and go across the street to Rite Aid instead where the pharmacy staff actually cares.

The workers will stare at you while you're at the counter, until you use self check out. I waited for 5 minutes while 3 associates stared at me, and continued to talk. Eventually got the hint and used the self check out.

My doctor sent a prescription on Monday morning at 9 am. Never got a text so I called and they said they never got it so my doctor resent it and I called around 225pm and they called me back and said they still didn't have it. I called my doctors office and they called them. Not only did they have it they had it ready on Monday. They are messing with people's lives. The pharmacist was rude and said it's because they fill over 4000 prescriptions a week. If you can't handle your job you should leave and let someone else do it correctly.
