When Doctor Perez was there, this was a really good practice. Since she left, it has become awful. You can never get appointments and are told to go to Urgent Care. My son was sick with a fever, severe headache and congestion. I called several times and without even seeing him, was told that it was more than likely viral and treat with over the counter meds. Two weeks later, the sore throat and congestion were much worse. I called yesterday to get an appointment and was told there were no available appointments but if not better soon to call back. This morning, he woke MUCH worse so I called again to get an appointment. They said they had to call me back. After 2 hours, they finally called back and said to continue with OTC meds and again would not give us an appointment. I immediately took him to Urgent Care and thank goodness I did and did not wait another 3 days. He had Strep throat, a sinus infection, and ear infections. TOTALLY UNACCEPTALBE !!! The really sad part is when I got home from Urgent Care, I called back up there to tell them how sick my son really was and that I was disappointed that after several calls, they still refused to see him, the only response I received from someone named Darcie was "OK". That's it. They clearly do not care. I will no longer go there and am currently seeking a new family practice.

I haven't been to the doctors in 30 years. Needless to say I was not thrilled and had a lot of anxiety to go. As soon as I got there the staff made me feel at home. The nurse who came in and did my intake was amazing!!! So caring and just a wonderfully person! She calmed my anxiety down instantly. Travis was amazing and explained everything clearly! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Scheduling woman in that office is horrible! She’s definitely not a happy person. She’s in the wrong position. Dr. Offices are to be a safe place with employees who have compassion, empathy and kindness. She does not !

I had placed great trust in this office for several years. They just lost an amazing doctor who moved out of state and are now left with only a nurse practitioner who is as inept as he is arrogant. What you as a patient are left with is an office staff who is unwilling to help you or offer you any care and concern. Instead of assistance, the staff members now merely shrug and go about their day. Dr Perez would be ashamed of you all.

I went to another DO when Dr DeHart left. I saw him for 40 years and am still missing him! I haven't been thrilled with the Dr I chose. Saw the new office in Cape Horn and decided to try them. I liked that the DO is female. What a surprise when someone formerly from Dr DeHart's office called to confirm my appt! And to find out that three of my favorites are now with Dr Perez! Then I had my appt with her. I love her! She was very attentive, asked very good questions and answered all mine. She made some suggestions and we worked together to make a couple medicine changes. We delved deep into some things and she explained my last blood work in detail. I learned things I never knew! I originally went to "interview" her, but she blew me away and I decided on the spot to switch to her! And she does lab work and some procedures in the office! I could go on and on...

I have been going here ever since they acquired Dairyland Medical. The staff and practitioners are great. They know my family by our first names, are always friendly and personal.

Love this office and all of its staff. Have been going since they opened (and previously to Dairyland Medical). They do not rush through your appointment and are always there to listen and help. Highly recommend!

I started going here a few months ago, I am overly pleased with the staff. They’re overly pleasant every time I call and quick to get me in when needed. I see Dr. Perez and only her. She’s very attentive and always listens to my concerns and if I need to see a specialist or have tests run she’s on top of it. I would highly recommend this office.

I've been going here for a few years now and at first it was great. When Dr. Post was there she was great. The office staff was wonderful. Now it's a different doctor almost every time I go and the people at the desk and that answer the phone are HORRIBLE!!! They lack common sense and honestly it makes me not want to call in just so I don't have to deal with any of them.

I called the on call number for this office on Memorial Day in the evening. The phone was answered by a nurse called Janet. She helped us with a very urgent matter concerning a loved one. She was very caring, professional and a wonderful patient advocate. We are very grateful to her.

I loved this practice when Dr Post was there, after she left everything went downhill. The staff is unbelievably rude and condescending. I sat with the doctor to go over all of my medications and when he asked if I needed a certain prescription renewed he sent it right to the pharmacy. 30 mins later I got a call from one of the assistants telling me that they will not do a preauthorization for my script so I would need to pay out of pocket. I went to the pharmacy to pick it up and was told that they cancelled the prescription altogether. When I called the office back they tried telling me they cancelled it due to a missed appointment back in October and other medications that I’m taking. I physically sat with the doctor and went over every single medication that I take and nothing has changed since the last time he prescribed me this medication. I don’t understand how a tech has more say over a doctor who has seen me for over a year. This practice is an absolute joke.

I have been going here for YEARS! Dr Post was the best doctor anyone could ever ask for... front desk ladies Carla and Krissy ARE amazing! Five star for Post, Carla and Krissy!!!Then change happened!!! And now. A 2 star....First the new Dr Jerry. He is a good Dr. :) Listens but not like Dr Post......And then new office staff...Which has led me to get disrespectful as I don't like to be talked to disrespectfully.... And in return I am changing doctors not only for myself but for my fiance. (I already switched my daughter) and I believe my.mom might be switching as well due to the new office staff and how rude she can be..!!!I have been going to this practice a lonnng time and never had an issue.... Never needed to "mouth off" to any one..... so it is upsetting.... After years of being a patient to this office that this is what it is becoming...!!!

This is aboluntely the worst doctors office I've I ever been a patient at the front office people Ashley (practice manager) unprofessional, unhelpful and really useless to me. Carla the receptionist is nasty and unhelpful as well. I was treated really bad there and it was mostly because I had to fight with them to get my prscriptions refilled and I guess I was tagged as a problem patient and I guess that is why they treated me so badly. Also want to comment about Dr Post she was unable to do simple procedureslike doing a pap test had to go to a specialist for almost everything. They also have limted hours which made it hard to get an evening appointment when someone works during the day. Very dysfunctional medical practice and will never use them again or UPMC and I was an employee at the old Memorial Hospital and have been using their services and doctors for 30 years or more. If I could give them less stars I would.
