My family loves this store. It's right down the road from us. They renovated and it's huge now! My kids always spend their money for slushies, burgers and fries. The hot food is made fresh in front of you and the cost is pretty low. My only complaint is egg prices are way higher than any other store. The last time I was there it was $10.99 for 1 dozen.

Fire the cashier that always says, “sir I work at a gas station.” This guy wants to be miserable to customers and complain about talking to people. Sir, your the one that applied for the job, went to an interview no one is forcing you to work there. No one likes that guy fire him.

employees seem more interested in flirting with each other than trying to get the food out at a reasonable time, waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich while i watched a girl struggle to put together a tortilla wrap.

I always get hot dogs because they're cheap and quick. I always ask for Mustard on these hot dogs. This ruuters and two others for weeks now have been absolutely drenching the hot dogs in Mustard. To the point that it gets everywhere. There's more on the bottom of the container than there is in the actual bun. Very frustrating..

Terrible customer service. Advised the cashier that the hot water tap (for tea) not working. She said "Yes it is." It wasn't. I asked if there was another hot water source. She insisted the tap worked. I again told her it did not. She finally told me there was another tap near the coffee. No Half and Half in the "fixings" cooler. Offered to take one out of the fridge and place it there. She said, "No you can't do that. I have to get it from the back and ...we don't have anymore. "I won't be stopping there anymore!

While waiting in line at Rutter's, it's hard not to notice the disarray at the checkout counter. For several months now, the price stickers on items have been placed in such a way that it's impossible to read the prices. Initially, I gave the benefit of the doubt, expecting that a well-meaning but misguided employee would be corrected in time. Unfortunately, months have passed, and the situation remains unchanged.This persistent issue leads to frustration and speculation. Could this be an oversight, or a deliberate tactic in light of rising prices? The lack of transparency in pricing not only diminishes trust but also hinders the ability to make informed purchases.In the spirit of fairness, I'm open to revising my review should this practice change and the prices become clearly visible. Until then, my rating stands as a reflection of my disappointment.

Just terrible, no manager on duty (per the cashier) on5-15-2023 @ 1738hrs. Pumps are down forced to pre pay when you don't use it all it take 3 to 4 days for your change on a card.
