Staff are significantly stressed. They resort to using expletives, multiple times. Recommend immediate review and retraining of staff (Raphael), for continued employment.

I'm only choosing one star because there's no 'none' option, I was trying to ship something and I heard the manager scream at a woman like I've never heard before.
If this is how UPS treats customers, then I am never using it again.

Terribly run. Manager yells at customers. Employees lie, take money and don't follow through with services. I've NEVER dealt with such awful service.

Made an appointment to have two papers notarized at 3:30pm today 7/11/2025. We arrived at 3:20pm and the Manger told the young woman that he was too busy to help us.
I left and walked back in refusing to leave because we made an appointment for a reason and needed those papers done that day. Why we made an appointment instead of just doing a walk in. The manger was so rude. I asked why they take appointments if they just turn people away and he was all snarky and beat on the table and told me to bring them in. Once my husband walked in he changed his tune! I will NEVER come here again! The man’s employee number is 113476. I’m sure that there are cameras to investigate this incident! I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect!

The gentleman behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful in answering my questions and getting my valuable possessions shipped. I was shipping two 33 gallon buckets of photos and it was VERY important that they got to their destination in one piece. The associate suggested some additional packaging beyond just shipping the buckets since they could get beat up and I got the additional packaging. I'm glad I did, the boxes took a bit of a beating but my daughter confirmed the buckets were in perfect condition.

The snarky heavy set woman with glasses and a bun should not be in customer service. She was rude to the person in front of me and then to me. I never know what to expect when I enter this store, it’s not the first time a worker there was nasty for no reason, I will not use this location again.

Always running in this store lately, the gentleman (the owner I believe) is usually there to help me. He makes every transaction seamless, quick, and I can go on about my day. I walk in and walk out within a minute. Extremely convenient every time. I will always go to this store for my needs.
