The manger is ABSOLUTELY horrible, she needs to find a new career path because USPS is not for her..I been receiving mail and packages at my residence for years and she proceeded to tell me I am wrong..saying I’ve had stacks of packages sitting at her office because nobody lives at that residence? Ummm that’s something I would probably catch considering the ONE time I didn’t get the package I stopped in person to assess the situation..unprofessional at its finest I can’t speak for all the employees because I am sure there is good apples but she’s a rotten one! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED ON THE SPOT!! She is unfit for the job, unprofessional, delusional, and arrogant!

I’ve lived in their delivery range for 6 years. Pretty consistently terrible. My mail is constantly going to the neighbors or a whole other street with a similar name.My child is on life sustaining medication. Some idiot parked in front of the mailbox stalk and they wouldn’t bring it to my door. They have brought other things to my door. I don’t know why they won’t do it now. I had to run to Hershey to get immediate refills of the medication for my son.When my ex moved away he went through the pr sThey, for teps to change his address and they were still delivering his mail to my house months later. I had called them and talked to them and they still kept rewriting his name on the slip inside my mailbox.Overall, most disappointing mail service I’ve had to date. Looking forward to when I can move to get away from their inability to be a proper post office.Update 2024: Husband ordered stamps from the USPS. They, for some reason, put the paper envelope containing collectible stamps on the porch in the pouring rain. All those stamps were damaged. There is another package of stamps that seems to be MIA. Coming from the USPS itself. Mail continues to go to the wrong house regularly as well. Unfortunately haven’t been able to move yet.

The management there is so rude and unprofessional. I have had multiple issues with the employees that work there. The manager candy came out to speak to me right off the conversation she was rude and had an attitude telling me I was wrong and telling me I was calling the wrong phone number and demanded me to call it right in front of her. She got my name an address and walked away and said nothing to me. Talk about miserable. Maybe you shouldn’t be a manager if you can’t handle customer service. So unprofessional I hate going there they are the nastiest people. As a customer I shouldn’t hate having to go to MY post office bc the manager and employees are rude and unprofessional. Candy maybe smile more. If you hate your job so much get a new one. You clearly can’t work in customer service being that miserable. She belongs in the back.

I was home, front door open, Noone came to deliver!! They left a note in mailbox..guess they couldn't be bothered coming to the door!!! This is ridiculous!!!

I can't understand why ladies who are behind the counter at this PO, getting a good salary, and not very busy could be so surly..not my regular spot ...won't be going there again.

In the past 3 weeks , I have had my mail delivered to the wrong address FOUR times now . One of these times was my new credit card that had to be shipped because of my information being stolen . My new card was delivered to someone else , therefore putting my information at risk AGAIN . I don’t understand what the confusion is as my mailbox is clearly marked with the numbers of my address , yet my things keep getting lost . This is happening too frequently and is putting my items at risk . Several times they have not delivered my mail at all because a car was parked 20 feet away from my mail box . I have cameras facing my mailbox directly and there was more than enough room to sufficiently deliver my mail . They just drove right past . It appears this office and their employees are just lazy and don’t prioritize the customers in making sure important things get delivered on time . Something needs to be done to correct this . People can not keep continuing to lose important items and be inconvenienced like this .

Today 06/02 I waited my package and I saw post office car in my window and was ready to go down stairs. Guy went with few packages to neighbors door and didn’t call in my door. Few minutes later I saw on my door a receipt that I missed his visit, I was out!!! While I saw all his movements. Why didn’t there even ring the doorbell. Irresponsible and incorrect work of the courier.

Guy at the counter was super rude. He wouldn’t take my prepaid package because the label was not taped, threw the package back at me. Will never go back to this postal office and I wouldn’t recommend to others. Staff is always rude.

Update to this disgusting situation. I spoke with the red Lion fake-customer service lady who told me that folding and creasing my magazine in half was acceptable and that I should feel lucky to receive my mail at all. You now know what this po thinks of the public! No wonder my friends laugh at me for using the post office.NO MORE useless red Lion po. You are the cause of loss revenue!!!Despite having a flat mailbox measuring ~3” high x 15” wide x 18” deep, the Red Lion PA 17356 post office insists that they must fold, crease and damage my magazines by refusing to lay them flat in this much larger than the magazine is mailbox. They are delivering as if I had a rural mail box where you do leave magazines “curled” but never folded, creased and damaged. I have spoken to the postmaster and written the post office website twice but nobody cares nor responds anymore. Never had this issue in any other area that I’ve lived. Never had my mags damaged. Red Lion PO has a 2.0 or less rating everywhere when numerous POs have 3-4 ratings! Pathetic! Red Lion PO does not care one bit. No wonder folks run to the internet as I will be doing. Keep putting customers last RLPO.40 year recent retiree from the USPS.

For the most part, they're very nice and very courteous. There's one lady there that she looks down at me. She really has nothing. Nice to say she takes my money. Gives me the stamps and I feel like a third class citizen when I go in and I have to be seen by her. I don't know why she even stays there. She treats everybody else with respect and me. I'm piece of trash and I don't appreciate that. I wish I could say can I see somebody else?

Not sure why but every time I go there lately the whole parking lot is overflowing and there aren’t any customers inside. Why have a lot of no one can ever park in it.

I had to ship something out for an exchange and I am terrible with QR codes, bar codes, shipping/mailing & all that jazz! The lady working the counter was super nice and did not make me feel stupid for not knowing what I needed to ship my package out. She directed me where I needed to go and then kindly processed my exchange the next day!

This place is a joke. You get mail up to a month late, get other people's mail in your box. I constantly have to go to addresses in the neighborhood and give them their mail that I received. Occasionally I have to go outside of our neighborhood to give people their mail....yea that's real fun.

They like to employ carriers that like to throw your packages to deliver them. It's not just one bad carrier either. I have videos of multiple different carriers throwing my packages. Already talked to the post master a couple years ago and it got better. But they are back to their lazy ways. They should do everyone a favor and quit if they don't want to do their job correctly.
