“I’ve been here a number of times and they are always super helpful even on very troublesome packages. Very friendly and service is great. Only con is that their hours on google aren’t correct due to worker shortage. I’ve shown up a few times and they were closed during supposed business hours. “The Customer Service I received today was simply outstanding. First, they helped me package the item for a reasonable cost (including the box, tape, bubble-wrap and labor). Then they helped me connect to their WIFI so that I could print my pre-paid FedEx label. I had come in with FedEx barcode, but they could not scan it as a 3rd Party. But once the label was printed, however, the box was quickly on its way! Awesome Customer Service! I was in and out quickly, and for a very reasonable price. Nice! I will definitely return there when I need to ship something. Thanks!”

“I shipped 2 packages out on Saturday, 3/16/2024. The sinking spring location is a little further than the Douglassville UPS Store but I love going to Sinking Spring location specifically! The two gentlemen Ryan and Jake that I always seem to see when I go in are Great! Alwayssssss super helpful, patient and quick! They always great you with a big smile and kind words when I walk in and kind good bye too! I will continue to use this location for my shipping needs and it’s great they have a print service there as well! I am sure they will do a print or more soon enough for me. “I recently purchased a new laptop at Staples#123 in Wyomissing, PA. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and set up was a breeze. He provided the right USB mini-dock as well so I could hook up external monitors at home. I was not pressured to make a larger purchase or buy an extended warranty, but it was explained so I could if I wanted to. I would recommend this store for your home or business computer needs.”

“Their services are great.I don't know the lady's name ,but she is very kind and professional.Last time I needed to mail my documents and a return envelope so I could receive my passport as soon as possible.She helped me and remind me the tracking numbers ,told me the details patiently.I appreciate her help and I had received my documents successfully.There is another young girl who is working there.she is friendly and patient too.I like this USPS location,the parking lot is wide and clean,it's a very quiet place in our community and the store is tidy and clean,bright and their service is great.”

“01/18/2022The United States Postal Office is a place of communications. Mails, packages, and very secure place. The Office I'm talking about is located in the North side of Reading in 13th St. But there is another one in 5th St and Washington St. However, I also go to the Post Office at Wyomissing in Penn Avenue. There is one more in Sinking Spring near by the McDonald's. The Post Office in 13th St Reading has many services, first able has Security to open the doors and help people with the safes. There are Camaras to take pictures for the American Passport for the Citizenship.My best regards,Proto Jimenez”
