“I had a bumper fixed here back during Covid. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Now, a few years I am later back due a car accident and the customer service is still great from the time you walk through the front doors to the end. The estimator (Riley) really took his time to explain things to me and answered all my questions (and admittingly - he listened to me complain a bit about the accident and insurance!).”

“Late on a Friday afternoon, my daughter and I unavoidably ran over a tire on the turnpike and broke the splash guard. It dragged along the road until we arrived at Strothers. We had never been there before. The serviceman at the desk (red hair and beard) was so friendly and inspected our car, repaired it temporarily with a zip tie, checked the tire pressures, and let us know it was safe to drive. He charged us nothing, and I was so grateful for his help.”

It needed to be done because I still had another half of my trip to go the next day to NJ. Engine might have failed if I did not get it fixed. They were polite, very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly.”
“Forget everything you think about car dealerships and head to Baierl Toyota. I have had the opportunity to purchase several vehicles in my lifetime and this by far by far was the most extraordinary experience I have had. The entire team was effective and customer focused. From test drive to purchase, I spent less than 3 hours there.
I hesitate to use this word but I will say it-they were aggressive…they aggressively sought every discount and finance option I was eligible for to get me into the vehicle of my choice in the lowest payment. I drove out of the dealership knowing I got the best value and deal available. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car.

“Great place to buy pretty much anything car part related. Good stock. Quick service. Employee's are not just bodies running a computer, they can answer questions related to auto parts. I special ordered an electrical part they didn't stock. It was late in the day. First thing next morning I received a phone call and a voicemail message telling me my part was in. They offer military discounts and well as sign up discount cash for joining their frequent purchaser group. All in all, O'Reilly Auto is far superior to Advance Auto Parts, Auto Zone and most reginal chains. I'd put them a step above most newer NAPA locations as their business model has been slipping the last decade or so. After 45 years in the automotive repair business, I'm qualified to know the difference between a quality auto supply house and a chain selling floor mats wiper blades and fluids. Prices are beyond reasonable compared to most. I rate them 11/10.. at least the Cranberry location and the others I've used.”

This dealership went above and beyond to get our business. They had what we wanted at our price and gave us top dollar for our trade. Jeff (our sales person) was so easy to work with and went out of his way to get us the deal we wanted and answer any questions. He knew the product. BTW we purchased the C-HR EV. We came from a plug -in to a full EV experience. Also John Tew made the financing process seamless. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you want a great deal with no pressure.”

“I Brought my 2016 Western Star 4900ex to these guys with a timing issue after another shop took me for close to 9k without fixing the issue. These guys diagnosed and fixed the problem and alot more issues the teuck had. They did make a mistake, that after review any mechanic could have easily made, that damaged some parts and took full responsibility for it, paid for the repair, reimbursed my towing,and payed my hotel. I couldn't be more pleased with the team and management at Pittsburgh Power, my truck is running and performing better then it ever has and I will most definitely be coming back for all of my maintenance and repairs in the future!”

They carry so many items for lawn mowers, Gas engines, welding, Rebuilding engines etc. The also sale fuel additives, lubricants, rust inhibitors, clamps and much much more.If they don't have it , they can find it. They also have a large area with things to buy like furniture, house wares, Collectibles, pictures, cooking utensils, pots & pans, nick nacks, Christmas accessories ETC. Roger and staff are very professional, Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Can't wait to stop there the next time I visit Butler.”
