Mike and his team recently finished our basement. As the first-timer dealing with contractors on a large scale project like this, we were very nervous. Now that the project is over, we think that it was a right decision to work with Mike. Their work quality and ethic were good. We are happy with the finishing touches and their going over the board in terms of different adjustments (e.g. adding extra lights and outlets in the storage areas, adjusting the schedule due to bathroom door replacement, etc). The crews were really nice. We greatly appreciate working with them.If I have to add any suggestion, I would encourage Mike to share his input to the homeowners on the design / layout choices more whenever possible. Obviously, homeowners would make the final calls, but the first-timers like us may not know a whole lot about many issues. We appreciated Mike's feedback on accent color exposure, shower stall choice.

Mike and his team just finished our basement remodel and we couldn't be happier. The quality of work seems to be top-notch. The guys were all polite and respectful. The entire project went without any issues. It was a real pleasure doing business with Goetz Contracting.

I had a great experience with Goetz Contracting. They demoed my old decks with connecting stairs, replaced with Trex, and added a roof over the top deck. This was not an easy job as both decks overlook a steep hillside. Mike and his crew are honest, hardworking people. Mike did a great job keeping me informed throughout the project and was happy to answer all my questions around finishing details, etc. The finished product is gorgeous and all for a fair price. It was a pleasure working with Mike and his team and I would highly recommend Goetz Contracting to anyone.

Goetz Contracting just finished our basement and we would highly recommend. Mike was able to get us our quote very quickly- the day after looking at our basement. He was the middle quote of the three we got but we felt good that he was very knowledgeable about all the different things that would need done. He ended up being able to get started sooner than anticipated and his crew worked full days full time until it was finished. His crew of guys were very nice, had great recommendations when needed, and cleaned up the area nicely every day . After seeing all the work that went into it we feel it was a very fair price. The finishes look perfect and they went above and beyond even touching up a few parts of our basement that were previously finished to make everything look new, and definitely paid attention to every detail. We are very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Michael and his team did an excellent job in designing and building our Deck. We had a lot of unique obstacles in the design and they worked with us to come up with the best solution. Steve Brian Jeremy and Skip were extremely courteous and took the time to do great craftsmanship on the project. They went above and beyond in many areas to make sure that we were satisfied with the final project. I would highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new deck.

Job: Demo existing wood deck steps/rails and replace with TREX and reinforce existing deckWe were so glad to find Michael Goetz from Goetz Construction for our project. He walked us through the process and kept us in the loop every step of the way.The demo of the existing stairs went well and the new steps, railings, etc. are absolute perfection!!!Everything is very sturdy now and you can see they take pride in their work. The crew was courteous, hardworking, and kept the construction area tidy. They showed up on time and worked until completing the job. They were efficient, responsive, and easy to communicate with.Goetz Construction did an EXCELLENT job, and we highly recommend them and would call them for any future work.

The previous two contractors we intended to use had to cancel due to various reasons, so the search continued, and we were so glad to finally find ******* Goetz from Goetz Construction. They are **********************, and they do excellent work. My husband is a retired woodworker/craftsman, so he knows what to look for and has very high standards. ******* Goetz walked us through the process and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We recently turned a wooden deck into a Trex Enhanced deck and just like that, improved the look, value and functionality of our home and outdoor space. Everyone knows, no maintenance vs staining every year is a no brainer BUT since our deck was finished, I can’t count how many times I’ve looked out at it – thinking how gorgeous it looks and “oh by the way, it’s always going to look like this”!!! The product we picked was extensively researched and compared to various levels of Trex as well as other top brands – they have all come a long way since composite hit the market back in the 90’s. We’re happy with Trex Enhanced, the warranty and most importantly the end result.Now, let me speak to the contractor and his entire crew. Like most people, we obtained three estimates for this project – two from well-known deck/fence companies and one from Goetz Contracting. Although we typically lean toward hiring small businesses for projects, finding the right one that you can trust with your project and your money can be a challenge. Michael Goetz was the third estimate we received but we had a good feeling about him immediately. We talked with him over the next few weeks, made the decision to go with Goetz Contracting and got on his calendar for October; he said the project would take about 2 weeks. The crew showed up October 3rd and the project took exactly 2 weeks and 2 days. They were here all day, every day and very serious about making our deck everything we wanted it to be. They are all knowledgeable, kind, respectful and extremely good at what they do, doing it all with such precision and accuracy and cleaning it all up at the end of each day. In the process, they removed and re-attached our umbrellas, all the plant hooks, carried our heavy tables off and back onto the deck, tweaked some things I changed my mind about, and did everything possible to make us happy. I cannot say enough about this company, the entire crew, and have forwarded their link to three friends/family – so far. If you need deck work, this is the company you want to hire. You will not be disappointed and you will love your new deck – Michael and his crew will make sure of that.Services: Composite decks

Mike was very prompt in answering questions and providing a quote. Defiantly one of the good guys! He, his brother, and crew were all very professional and got right to work. Removing my screen porch while leaving the roof & Trex stairs added by prior owner then adding some additional footage & a new Trex deck, Mike & the team were creative at problem solving & integrating old with the new so that the deck blends perfectly with my house.
