Service depends on who is working that day. Some are super nice and helpful, and others act as if you are the biggest burden in the world.
I am also tired of having to remind them that we have 2 insurances. The reason is that I pay for both insurances. I do not want to pay for prescriptions knowing they are covered, and also, when they dont bill both, they have to rerun it, and it takes time. So it holds up the line, and I don't want to be at the pharmacy for an hour.
I stay at this pharmacy because it is close to home.

Great produce I do most of my shopping at Giant Eagle employees are pleasant and helpful.

I always find what I need here. Tracy the cashier is wonderful...she is professional, courteous and friendly. After scanning my GE card she thanked me and called me by name..we always look for her because she is so pleasant!

The prices here are high! I have learned from personal experience this is a woke corporation! My wife was dying of cancer and wearing oxygen during the pandemic, they wouldn't let her in the store due to oxygen and not being able to wear a mask! Even with an exemption!
