I recently visited an AT&T store and had a truly disappointing experience. When I walked in, there were two staff members sitting with other customers, which is understandable. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes, but no one even acknowledged me. I then sat down at a table for another 15 minutes, and still nobody asked if I needed help or even acknowledged my presence.
When I finally asked how much longer I’d have to wait, I was met with a very dismissive attitude. They looked at me as if I was bothering them for even asking, and basically told me it would be at least another 25 minutes, and if I had questions, I should just ask someone else. It was clear they had no interest in customer service at all. They were just there to run out the clock on their shift and had zero desire to help anyone. Honestly, if you're considering going to this store, don’t waste your time. Just go somewhere else, because the service here is absolutely awful and it’s been a long time since I’ve had such a bad experience.

This was the worst experience I have had. They do not even answer their phone. 3 days of trying to get them no answer they have over charged me and gave very bad information.

I had an amazing experience today at this store. Ozzy did so much to help me. I had a broken phone and I came out with a brand new phone. A very, very happy customer!

I visited this store on a Monday morning considering purchasing a new Z Fold 7. When I walked in Jacky greeted me to offer assistance with my phone needs. As she reviewed different options, the district manager came to the store to check on things. She joined Jacky explaining some of the plans and packages that I could take advantage of that would benefit my business for internet and mobile service. I agreed to take advantage of all of their recommendations. As Jacky was setting everything up in the system, the store manager noticed that one my data plans was discontinued and I was being over charged. He ended up saving me almost $300 a month on my bill. The three of them gave me the best customer service I have ever received at AT&T Store.

My grandparents went in to take advantage of the senior plan they have. They already had att and wanted to change the plan. The “expert” was very rude wanted to upsell more lines they did not need to their plan. Ended up telling my grandparents to stop wasting his time and threatened them with the police. Its mind boggling that they would treat elders this way. Definitely never coming back to this store

Recent switch from T-Mobile to AT&T. Could not be happier with Ozzie at my local store. Customer service at its finest. Very professional gentleman with my satisfaction being his number one priority. Please recognize him for a job well done.

I’ve waited nine months, and just thought I would post my honest opinion. I went to this store to switch carriers after an experience with Verizon that was sub standard. I figured I would catch a quiet store on a Monday afternoon, got most of what I needed, but then suddenly things were out of stock “but we have the next better here” cool, I played along and upgraded. When it came to the plans, I did not end up with what I requested, I had to sit on the phone for hours to fix that issue. I then ended up with someone else’s phone number, and due to an error from “Verizon” I couldn’t keep it. I had to switch phones the next day to get a phone number while it was addressed, which I was charged an activation fee, on behalf of an att issue. I had to call to take that fee off. I lost my phone number of 20+ years, I spent more than 12 hours of my week in this store and still ended up spending hours on the phone to make things right. The manager left the new guy alone in the office that Tuesday on his second day at work… do better, poor guy had to call another manager at another location to figure out account issues. Still waiting on that $100 credit from the other area authorized retailer manager… Save yourself some time and go to a corporate store. South Philly has a great one with no BS. I spent more time in the store and on hold with corporate than all my 20 years with Verizon.
