This store needs a complete over hall of it's staff. They are uninterested, rude and a little shady. Over the last 2 years we have had nothing but issues everytime we come into the store. I had a phone upgrade a few years ago. The next bill I received after upgrade I noticed an additional phone line on my bill. Short of it was the person at store added a extra line thinking we wouldn't notice and got a free phone for themselves. Mort recently, my son orders a phone, they tell him its not in stock and have to order it to be delivered to him. Phone come and it's not what he ordered. Got back to the store and manager becomes rude and tells him there's NOTHING they can about. The person who made order at store put the wrong info into order and he'll have to call 611 to deal with an automated system. ATT needs to do better. Ridiculous

The employees were clueless about what service I needed to add for me to have a fully functional phone while on a cruise. Added a $60 feature for a month and it was worthless. The calling customer service wasn't much better.

my 4th visit to this store and the 3rd time i find it closed during regular 'open' ours. last 2 times i eneded up driving to warminster. not today, T'mobile, here i come.

I was just in this store and Andrew provided the best customer experience I’ve had at any AT&T store. I would definitely recommend anyone who is an AT&T customer to go see Andrew at this location.

Steven Cezaire was incredibly helpful! I called their location asking about an iPhone 13 mini and he had the phone waiting for me when I got to the store. It was a seamless process and I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes.

I preordered my new phone online, received the email it was ready for pickup and went to the store.I walked in and was immediately greeted by Andrew and told him I was there to pick up my new phone. He very quickly and efficiently handled the process of switching from old phone to new phone. Helped with the few questions I had and I left a very happy customer with a great new phone! Thank you for a very smooth transaction.

Fabulous expeience with Steven Cezaire! I went in to migrate my iphone 8s to the new 12s-- trade in promotion. I would NEVER been able to do myself! (AT&T gives a phone number for verbal help- that would not work for me). While Steven upgraded my new phone- he managed 2 other instore customers-1 with serious phone issues. Steven is truly a professional and made each cusomer feel like they were the most important Person there. I HIGHLY recommend this location and specifically Steven Cezaire! THANK YOU!I also went in a few days later to pair my apple watch with the phone-wasnt working on my own. Andrew Nohr worked internally with AT&T- over an hours worth of phonecalls and it finally worked. Thank you!I'm truly grateful to the amazing people- both Steven, Manager and Andrew technical assistant! Best experience ever.
