They even were able to go out of their way to obtain the size shirt that I actually needed that were not on the shelf”
“This store offers an excellent shopping experience with a wide range of affordable products. The customer service is top-notch, with staff members who are always willing to assist. However, the checkout process can be quite frustrating due to the long wait lines, which seem to persist regardless of the time of day. When additional help arrives, it's unfortunate that some of the staff members exhibit a negative attitude which can be off-putting. Overall, this store offers great value for money, but the long lines at checkout can detract from an otherwise pleasant shopping experience.”

“I had a great experience shopping a few days before Christmas. The owner and staff were so helpful and kind! As I was leaving, they offered to walk me and my bags to the car and the owner gave me a lovely candle as a gift for shopping. Definitely a different experience than going to the mall;)”

“I popped into Something Else the other work. I really liked how they offered both women's and mens clothing - all of which were trendy. They had a decent selection but not too much that you were overwhelmed. I would have liked to see a larger size range but for the area the merchandise they have makes sense. The items were pricey for myself personally, but again, for the area not at all especially since they were popular brands. I did pick up some gifts and jewelry for myself and will likely be back for more of the same!”

“I took my nephew here last Saturday and I must mention that he has Autism. He loves the movie Coraline, and I wanted to get him a few pieces from the movie. It was around 7pm, and the staff were helpful and patient. It warmed my heart when the associate said bye to my nephew by his name. Although my nephew didn’t respond back it’s good to see people who embrace differences in others. Good job staff at Hot Topic.!!”

“Once in awhile you can find a gem in here. Hat selection is usually dependable. Great for 2XL and up. Parking lot is treacherous at best. Feels like you are off-roading before you come to buy some culture appropriating clothing or accessories.”
