My customer care at the minute clinic in Richboro was a good experience. I did not have to wait and the nurse practitioner was thorough and empathetic. Lastly my prescriptions were filled in an expedient manner.

I have noticed improvements recently and I am hoping that continues . I love my localCVS and most of the peopleWho work there are friendly and helpful .I only had on incident with a female pharmacist who acts as though you are trying to do something underhanded and is not very friendly when you need help

The worst experience I've ever had inside a place of business.The Pharmacy Manager John slammed the drive through window in my face as I was attempting to troubleshoot my children's medicine.I was greeted with an audible "Jesus Christ" and shaking of the head as I walked in and asked why he had disrespected me in the manner he did. He proceeded to raise his voice and talk to me in an extremely condescending tone in front of both those waiting and the other pharmacists. Not once did I raise my voice or disrespect him even after he crossed the line.I have never been spoken to in a place of business by another "man" in the manner I experienced there, he is clearly unfit for the managerial role.Leadership starts at the top and from looking at recent reviews of the Pharmacy, it's clear to see a change is needed.I won't step foot in that location again, and advise others to avoid as well.

Prescription takes forever to fill. Horrible unfriendly stuff. CVS only works for people with a whole bunch of free time willing to wait.

Absolutely the worst CVS on the planet!!! Miserable pharmacists!! Horrible customer service! They don't answer their phone in the pharmacy, forcing you to drive there to refill a prescription that can't be filled online or on the phone...Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful! This one particular CVS needs to be shut down and retooled! Revamp the damn place- it's horrible!

Absolutely terrible service; the pharmacy is staffed by people that seem to hate people and don't want to be there. They consistently forget to use our insurance for our prescriptions and get seemingly mad when we ask why we're charged full list price for the prescription. They realized their mistake and asked me to go to the back of the line (for the third time) so they can re-bill it.Also, compare prices through the likes of GoodRx and you'll find they're consistently way more expensive for nearly everything than every other pharmacy

Unbelievable!!! 6 days late to receive my very critical prescription. Waited in state postponing my vacation because I kept being told one more day, one more day then 1 o'clock 2 o'clock 4 o'clock 5 o'clock then "later tonight", now it's delivered but they are willing to unpack it until tmro....who knows what will happen then???!!!!I cud have sent the script to another chain at any point if they had been competent enough to give me accurate info. Scary to think people who are so incapable of the most basic accountability are in charge of powerful, important, life-giving or fatal drugs!

Raj, the pharmacist at the Richboro, PA, location, is wonderful! He goes above and beyond to help all customers save on their prescription costs. In addition, he is friendly, caring, happy, and polite to all customers. I would never go to another pharmacy!

In addition, he is friendly, caring, happy, and polite to all customers. I would never go to another pharmacy!One time he directed me to GoodRx which helped me save 50% on my prescription. Another time, he helped me get a coupon to save $100 on a prescription that wasn't covered by my insurance.
