“Stopped it for some back to school items. Definitely one of the better dollar trees I have been to. Really nice selection throughout the store although some of the shelves were a little light. Looks well staffed and customers were coming in and out while I was looking around. I would say a good improvement would be aisle markers indicating what is in them as I had to walk down each aisle to see what was in them. We found almost everything we were looking for. I was impressed with the grocery items and they also had frozen foods in the back of the store.”
“Great place for greeting cards, craft items and pet supplies. With spring here, lots of decor and items for gardening. They have added a $3 to $5 section in the frozen foods.”

I've witnessed Mike Help a Customer search for a particular Greeting Card because it was Important to the Customer, this was not the first or last time I observed Mike's Kindness and Dedication to his Customers. He has also Helped me, ordering things that I requested, going into the back room to pull things I needed that were not yet on the shelves ECT...

I have seen All Of The Staff There Keep Their Cool And Continue With Kindness under tremendous pressure, long lines with some customers complaining and losing patience, I may have murmured a few complaints myself in the beginning, not now, Now I'm Happy To See Them As I Know They Give Good Vibes And Unbeatable Service♥️Trucks bringing orders, Merchandise needing to be shelved...They Get It Done. 10 Stars?

I did go to a different dollar store recently, I've had issues in this store before but went anyway, just not what I want to Experience, I Want The Best- That Is Why I Will Keep Going Back To This Dollar Tree.

“This is a great discount store that has almost everything for your household needs. But what I really like about it is that they have Asian products for cooking. I like to stir fry and I can get the utensils accessories like steamer baskets for my wok. They have hygiene products all types of kitchen utensils electrical needs tools bathroom stuff clothes toys and occasionally I find something special like pepper spray. Worth a shopping trip.”

That store is organized beyond any expectations it's clean, it is run Superior. The manager I believe her name is Margaret runs a great store!!!! She is the reason that store supercedes all other Dollar trees in a 10 mile area”
“They have amazing selections and the store is pretty big. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of two things. First is that the checkout lines were non existent aside from a worker that had to take all responsibility of checkouts. #2 Is that there are parts that are just mangled and left in that state. Especially the cosmetics. It was a huge pain and ridiculous because everything was off of the hook and in a big Heap of a mess but Shoppers can only put their arms through certain circles and it makes it very hard to look through what is available to buy. Aside from those two things I highly recommend checking out this Dollar Tree.”
“Super clean and way more of a selection than many, many other Dollar tree stores. I specifically went in on this trip to get these cleaning wipes. I like to use them on the inside of my car but on the outside I use them to get the bugs on my front bumper off and there was no scrubbing required yet the ingredients are mostly all natural in these wipes and I can only find them at Dollar tree.”
“This is very convenient for me directly across the street from my house in the neighborhood that I live in always get good service in here and it’s convenient. They have everything I always need.”
“I stopped in this store a few weeks ago for the 1st time. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and how all the products were stocked beautifully. I had to let one of the employees who I think is a manager know how great the store looked. He was very friendly and glad to hear it, I will be back again soon. Keep up the GREAT work!”
“I took my son to this store today to get some birthday balloons and some cake mix to make cupcakes. The staff saw he was wearing his birthday crown from school and made sure to wish him a happy birthday. This made my son light up and he's been smiling all the way home. Huge thank you to the staff at the Dollar Tree in Warrington. They truly made my son's day. (Mike and Ms. S, you are some amazing people and I am so thankful for you ❤️)”
“Definitely the plus. Didn't see anything for a $1 and you can get most things there at an actual $1 store. They do have other things worth it but they definitely upped the prices on things like 99% alcohol,face masks paper towels etc.”

“This store is ideal for those who are looking to shop swiftly and economically. It's not a place I'd suggest for purchasing food items or cleaning supplies. My purpose for visiting was to pick up some affordable decorations for a party and to stock up on stationery. Previously, every item was priced at one dollar, but now, due to inflation, certain products cost more. Additionally, the store has a strict return policy; they prefer not to accept returns and offer only store credit instead of a refund, even if you have a receipt. When I shop here, I keep my expectations modest.”

“I came here trying to check an availability of a product. I was being told they don’t have that in stock. I asked if the item will be places in one of the aisles and this young gentleman directed me to a section of the store. I checked, nothing. So I just ask again to the same staff that I do the site showing there are 2 in stock, would there be other sections it can be placed? He told me it could because they have a truck in today but right now, nothing. I was about to leave with expected disappointment. The staff came back out with another staff asking me are you looking for these? I saw and I was thrilled he was able to find what I was looking for. The staff went above and beyond to help me ask around too!! There are still great customer service and professional staff out there. I definitely called corporate and file a compliment on him. Hope he gets a raise or promotion. He definitely deserves it.”
“I just moved to the area and started going to Dollar General for all my household needs, I must say that Valerie the assistant manager is absolutely incredible and the main reason i enjoy coming each week. She told me about the app, showed me how to use it and the best days to come to the store. I was their last week and she shared that she may be transferred and I was incredibly happy but sad she was leaving the Dollar General on welsh road. I praise their customer service and diligence to their customers and to the store, It is always clean and neat and I always find what I need. “Me personally I like this store … I understand that everything is everywhere but the shelves are filled and the staff have no where to put the boxes that are in the isles they are very low on employees and there is only one or two people working at a time .. give these guys some slack .. they work hard ..”
“The store manager and associates are just completely helpful. They go out out of their way for you. Everything is nicely stocked and there’s a very large selection of items to look for when you walk in. You just feel like a friend that’s being helped out by another friend! Other Dollar Tree’s, you go up and ask somebody and they just don’t do anything or they’re like what’s out there is what’s out there. That is not the case at this Dollar Tree! You do not want to lose this staff! Trust me!! Thank you for helping me find my jingle bells!! Lol”
“This is absolutely the best dollar tree in the Northampton area! Margaret (the manager) is so sweet, friendly & helpful. Her and her staff keep the store fully stocked in all depts but (esp skincare my favorite since its filled with great beauty name brand finds!) I like that the store always looks neat, organized & the shelves are always full! *Poor Margaret needs a paid vacation (she's always there and busy) ? I honestly dont even bother with any of the other dollartree stores after finding this one! This store is really is a gem!!”
“Went there looking for a small plastic rake. It usually sells out rather quickly and becomes hard to find. I lucked out and found four, two of which I will be putting away. The store itself was busy , a few employees were stocking shelves.
As I left, an older gentleman asked me if they were open, as they were closed earlier. I do believe there is an issue with early hours with the store, as other reviews have stated.”

“ill start with this..the selection here is not the best compared to other DTs in the area and store is significantly smaller. that being said i will go here forever bc the employees are just the best. this is the only DT i have no issues with exchanging items, they always help you find something if they have it, and most importantly they are super nice to my doghter. whoever said Justin is rude must be projecting bc hes great, so is Grayson, idk the rest of their names but the employees here are it.”
