The lady I got my nails done by was more interested in the TV then on my nails. She kept the electric filer on my skin for a while which was burning my finger. I got dip powder down and it stained my fingers and work was sloppy.

When to get my engagement photo nails done with Michael, I normally go to Sami ( she is amazing). I've been going to Hannah Nails for about 2 years now and never had a problem until today. I asked for an ombré and when Michael finished my nails he turned the light off for me to see them and I liked them at that moment. But when I got into my car and started to drive I noticed that the colors of the ombré didn't blend at all and the top coat was bubbling on a nail, didn't think much of it but when I was almost to my house I noticed all of my nails were messed up. So I went to a nail salon close to where I live, since I was in a time crunch. I then called Hannah Nails to talk about my problem, Michael was extremely rude and not letting me have a conversation about my nails. I also tried to call Hannah Nails 2 to talk to Hannah, the owner, and she wouldn't pick up the phone. I am not the type of person to call and ask for a refund, I have never done this before. But I am extremely upset with the work and the professionalism at this salon.

The staff is unbelievably rude and the footbath looked dirty. It's the closest nail salon to my home, but I'd rather drive further than return here.

Rude staff and customers. I asked for long nails and I was given extremely short nails I also asked for coffin and was given square. I got polka dots on my nails and they’re sloppy lines. I went back today to have it fixed and was told I was going to have to pay 50$ for them to fix their terrible job!!!

Been going for years Always on time and tip nicely. One nail developed a fungus and when I mentioned it to Nina , she and Kevin refused to speak to me, telling me thst I should stop complaining. I didn’t blame them but they suggested I go somewhere else after all these years. No loyalty to customers. Rudest 2 people I’ve ever met

Truly exceptional artistry. Hannah is talented and always treats me as a VIP!! She connects with all clients and knows many by name. She does her best to assure no king waits for those without appointments.

Went to hannah nails 2 a couple months back and they were very rude. We waited a while and came back today and experienced even worse customer service. I asked to have the design fixed and was given attitude that I should have asked sooner. The girl was more worried about going home than her customers nails. When she put clear coat on she slapped it on leaving clumps of it and my nails looking crooked.

We stopped on a whim, but we found a keeper. My wife got a gel refill, and I got a pedicure. My pedicure was excellent, and Lisa was a perfectionist. See my toes in the photos. Great service at a fair price. Don't miss this little gem.

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience using this place. I needed a refill badly & decided to try somewhere local. I saw this place had good reviews & gave it a try. I got an acrylic refill with gel polish. It was the worst experience I have ever had. Starting off with drilling the acrylic down, my nails were already burning. From start to finish my nails were burning so badly. I was in and out under an hour…which has never been the case with other salons. It was extremely rushed and the acrylic was really uneven and thick on some nails. The nail tech who did my nails also forgot to put clear coat on top of one of my nails which I didn’t notice until I was home. My nails were burning with pain up to two hours after my appointment! My nail tech who I normally use at a salon in Allentown has never caused me any pain. Even when accidentally cutting me with the drill, I have never felt burning like that during a refill. The tops of my nails wernt painted, and the shape of them is also atrocious. The nail tech did not even paint them properly as you can see the acrylic underneath my gel polish. I am just grateful it was so cheap so I wasn’t out a ridiculous amount of money for a horrible service. I never leave bad reviews, but my nails should have not hurt that badly during the whole process, especially after. I fear my nails are now extremely damaged and I wish I got up and left mid-service. Both Hannah Nails and Hannah Nails 2 are not good & everyone I know who uses them have horror stories. I wish I heard about their stories before I had my appointment.Service: Acrylic nails
