The salon is very conveniently located and some customers consider it their regular go-to place, noting impeccable packages and prices. However, experiences can be hit or miss. While some visits are wonderful and amazing, others feel rushed, uncomfortable, or like a waste of time and money. Some staff members are noted as clearly very inexperienced, which has led to negative incidents. Saturday Gina attended to my request for a mani/pedi. She was excellent with massage and my nails look fantastic with bubble bath as a French base color. It’s great!
