I’ve been doing my own nails for years, but wanted to get some special treatment! I went on a Sunday, no appt. I was taken right away. Michael did both my pedicure and full set. I described how I wanted my design, almond shaped and double French with varying colors of pink. It turned out great and the whole experience was wonderful.

Came here because my usual nail tech was away (not here) and got a dip and pedicure. The dip is so thick it looks terrible and my toes are 3/4 painted. So glad this was a one time thing for me. 10/10 do not recommend

This business runs a scam with gift cards. They expire after a year or two, which is a violation of federal law.

I went to this Nail Salon for the first time today. No one greeted me when I entered, I decided to give them a chance and selected a color and waited in the lobby with 2 other customers. After 10 minutes a tall Asian woman came to take names and ask what we want. I even offered to forgo my pedicure if the could only do my nails since they were busy. She did not answer. Within minutes people were called back and more customers had arrived in fact 4 were behind me. Incredibly after waiting nearly 30 minutes a small Asian woman with a bobbed hair cut came and took 3 people who arrived after me and set them up for pedicures. The customers acknowledged me asking if I had put my name in as they knew I was ahead of them. I said yes. Yet she went ahead and seated these women ahead of me and told me they had appointments. They did not have appointments. I do not know why she did this. Maybe she recognized these customers? Maybe they are big tippers? Maybe she did not like the look of me? I have no idea. When I asked she said they were going to be fast but now they are staying for spa pedicure. Looking at me like go pound sand. I left. I will never go back. I don’t know what is wrong with this woman but she is a little twisted.

This place is a hit or miss. You can get someone great one day and have an amazing experience or you can leave the place feeling it was just a waste of time and money. I feel that if the owners want to charge so much, they should really train their staff well. I had my eyebrows burned one time by an inexperienced lady and when I called I was informed that she was just “rushed” no other remediation was offered. Today I had a pedicure that took an hour, was very uncomfortable and felt rushed even though it took a long time! The young lady was nice, but clearly very inexperienced. I don’t think I will be giving any more chances to this place. There are so many nail salons in the area. This salon was just very conveniently located and I also like the owner. However, the owner should pay close attention to the negative reviews and address them!

I went last week to get a dip full set. The next day two of the nails broke. I went back to get them fixed and then the next day another nail broke. They are very nice but the nails should at least last two weeks.

Went in asking for dip powder. Was told that was $45- I went to check out and my total was $73… they never mentioned that French and designs were more- usually you get charged a couple bucks for a design- I also got the design on two out of my ten finger.. not a full set with a designs… WHAT A RIP, NEVER AGAIN

A guy did my acrylic set. They came out a little thick, chunky on the sides and near cuticles, didn’t push back cuticles (which makes me need a refill faster) and the paint didn’t go all the way to the sides on some fingers. He also filed the edges AFTER the polish dried so it started chipping the next day! The place was nice and big and had a good polish selection but if your picky about your acrylic and want your polish to last more than a day I don’t recommend them
