“My boyfriend's 86yo mother was in need of new batteries in 2 watches. She was frustrated that there was nowhere local anymore. I offered to take care of it for her. After a quick Google search, I stopped in Friday afternoon. The woman at the desk immediately greeted me and took care of both watches in less than 3 minutes.
