I went to get bloodwork done today and Nelly made my experience as wonderful as possible. I get very nervous and lightheaded when getting bloodwork and Nelly couldn’t have been more supportive and caring throughout the whole process, I felt so comfortable and taken care of. She was a true angel. Can’t recommend enough, thank you so much!!!

Third time coming with my six year old. Didn’t have appointment and walked in. Was very fast. The man (I believe Aurel) is always very nice and makes my son feel the best he can while he’s very nervous. Always a good experience.

They will turn you away if you don’t have an appointment, even though the website says that they accept walk ins. They need to get their act together.

Have been using this location for a long time! Can’t say anything bad about Aurel! He is always nice and fast and he knows what he is doing. The receptionist lady was extremely rude to me today! She was yelling at me staring at me because I said ( very nicely) that I was waiting already 25 minutes and asked if we can start. I was there having an appointment. So disappointed, her behavior was very strange and scary! I don’t think I will ever go back to that location! Extremely unprofessional I hope the manager or whoever cares about all those bad reviews regarding their receptionists will read this and do some actions!

Hi my name is Brad. I had bloodwork this past Monday again with Aurel at the Labcorp in Richboro PA. Aurel took care of me again. Aurel is such a nice kind good hearted person that always does his best to help me when they draw my blood. I also stop by to see if he is in a few days before I go to that Labcorp in Richboro. Aurel is exceptional at what he does at Labcorp and on top of that he is very professional. Thanks Brad

I am so unhappy with the service I received at this 95 Almhouse Road office today. At first, the gentleman working was dismissive and unhelpful. As the situation proceeded and I became frustrated, his response was still dismissive and unhelpful. It ended with him lying to his manager about our interaction.
When it was clear we had a misunderstanding, he chose to avoid responsibility by giving me his manager's phone number. When I asked for his name so I could have a frank discussion with his manager, he simply ignored me. After I asked twice, he called his manager himself but proceeded to lie about what had happened. He changed the facts to make it seem that he had given me full and proper instructions - which he had not. To make matters worse, he lied about my part in the interaction to make it seem that I had been frustrated from the very start.
On the other hand, the woman who came out to help was the only one who actually knew how to provide decent customer service. She immediately deescalated the situation by showing just a little bit of empathy and explaining what was needed in a straightforward manner. It was clear that she respected her customers and understood how to do her job.
It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with someone who not only doesn't care how they do their job, but then goes out of their way to make a simple situation worse AND then lies about it.

I do not know how Aurel does it.!!!!
Every time I need bloodwork, the waiting room is over flowing and 50% of the time Aurel is on own his own checking in people and performing the tests on his own. He remains organized, detailed and some how keeps things moving along with such a pleasant and warm attitude. He really is the best!

My daughter, who is a hard stick, went for blood wrk n urine culture. Terrible customer service 2 workers neither one of them listened to her needs, on how to get the blood, she needs a hot pad . Neither one of them could pick her. She was there for such a long time. Our family will not be going here.

I was there for a 3 hour test and the man and woman that helped me were so kind and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and very efficient. I was in and out and honestly did not feel like 3 hours. I will be going back there for all my Labcorp needs.

I had an appointment for my three young children June 20th and the man who helped in the morning was so good! I wish I got his name. He was very kind to the kids which is helpful when they are so nervous. It wasn’t an easy appointment, because of their ages and how much we needed, but he was very patient and got all that we needed as smoothly as possible.

I had an appointment today and was seen in a reasonable time. Only Aurel was working and he was so professional and caring and gentle. I often bruise but he helped make sure that didn’t happen. Thank you Aurel for your help today.

I love this place. Was here earlier after a major issue with quest. Here, less then 5-minute wait time and 2 staff members. Both where extremely helpful & friendly. Quick & accurate bloodwork. Clean office too unlike quest. (Read my full review on Quest across the street and you'll see why to avoid them)
