“Went online made an appointment needed results back fast. Once I arrived I waited in lobby for 3.5 minutes. Receptionist called me I checked in. Gave my samples I was there for a grand total of 12 minutes max. Got results the next day. ?”

“Very friendly and professional. Testing was quick. Results came back next day. Entrance was horrible. Must use your phone to scan code posted outside. Fill out information while outside. Unfortunately, I went on the coldest day of the year. There was a line, no one knew what to do. Door is locked. Called, woman said no waiting come in. When I didnt go in, someone came out, like 5 people in front of me, who didnt know what to do. Some phones did not register the code for scanning. She took them in to use their iPads. Other than the entrance, place is great.”

“I much prefer to go to Liberty urgent care than the emergency room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioners are very caring and know their stuff. Although Dr Campbell is also very nice I haven't seen him in quite some time. I highly recommend Liberty Urgent Care”

“I’ve been twice in the past year & Joan is the absolute best. I have a very big needle / doctor phobia & she by far gave me the best experience hands down. I highly, highly recommend going here & seeing her if you struggle with any sort of anxiety with getting blood taken. “I usually absolutely LOVE this location and I don't go to any other location. I will still continue to go to this location because the phlebotomists are phenomenal!! However with that said, I'm annoyed that I was made to sign in, as a walk-in there for an appointment and wait (while someone was sitting at the front desk) to hand off a urine sample. I usually book my appointments online, I never walk in because I know from previous experience that that can be a lengthy wait. I was told I could just "drop off" the sample when given the materials to take home the previous day. To me, that means handing it to them and being on my merry way, not signing in as a walk in and then waiting for someone to open the door to hand them the sample. The person at the front desk isn't capable of receiving the sample? I really had to sign in and sit and wait for the phlebotomist to come out the same door and accept it and say, "thank you"? I don't understand, they literally just had to take it from my hands (all paperwork was in the packaging, which by the way, the person who did eventually receive the sample, never looked at or asked about the paperwork... literally took it from my hands and said thanks. Don't get me wrong, she was extremely friendly, very kind, the same phlebotomist that drew my blood and gave me the at home urine kit 24hrs previously. It is not her fault that the person at the desk didn't get off her butt and take the sample). Needless to say that I felt like my time was wasted, sitting there when the person at the front desk could have received the sample. Absolutely ridiculous. For this reason, I took one star away.”

“I went to have blood drawn this morning and was extremely nervous. Making an appointment was easy as was signing in. I was early and brought in at my scheduled time. Tiffany drew my blood....again I was extremely nervous. She was so friendly, warm and put me at ease. She calmed my nerves and I did not even feel a thing. Cannot say enough about the experience and Tiffany was awesome!! Will definately go back there if I need lab work again.”

“The employees at Atlantic diagnostic laboratories were extremely friendly and let me in as soon as i rang the door bell. I was in and out within 5 minutes for my covid test. The first time i went for my covid test a few months ago there was a line to get tested but it was all very organized and went quickly. I strongly recommend going to Atlantic diagnostic laboratories for covid tests and or any lab test your doctor orders!”

If you’ve had bad experiences with having blood drawn, I can’t recommend Lisa enough, she’s extremely good at finding veins on difficult to stick patients. Will definitely be calling her next time we need blood drawn instead of going into one of the on-site companies.”

“I had made an online appt and on my way to the lab, I got a message that my appt was cancelled. I decided to go anyway. Not to the fault of the employees, they were locked out of the lab and we were told it would be about 30 minutes for someone to arrive with a key. We waited. When the key arrived, the two staff members were VERY quick to get up and operational and help those who were waiting, and I'll also state that it was refreshing to see such cooperation from the patients. Everyone took turns and we were all in and out rather quickly. I just want to give a positive shout out to the staff during my most recent trip. You did great!”

I know it takes a lot of patience and care to handle someone with a needle phobia; and am ever so grateful Brenda was the blessing we needed! I checked in using the text link on my phone and it was seemless.There were several others in the waiting room who were apparently walk-ins, and the employee would call out, "(name), come back foryour scheduled appointment," so no one could get angry they were being ignored. But scheduled appointments got seen on time.I would definitely recommend scheduling online ahead of time.”
