“I was a little nervous about getting my blood drawn this time because I'm queasy about blood recently (I cut my leg on an exposed rusty furniture joint a month ago while helping dad move a desk, and it was messy but I recovered fully). When the phlebotomist finished gently collecting the tubes, she showed a lot of compassion and gave me an extra reminder not to lift heavy objects on my drawn arm (like grocery bags or soda packs) for at least an hour after the blood draw. Thanks a lot for the small detail and extra care. Also, the wait time in the lobby was zero minutes and the check-in process was fast and fun because I always like putting my license under the UFO style scanning machine at the checkin kiosk. Thanks for a clean facility with a friendly and hardworking staff, they get everything done even with life happening.”

“Although friendly staff once servicing, there was no welcome or concierge or assistance at the front table to help with answering any questions or assistance on logging in. The kiosk is not that user-friendly as it may have seem to be.”
“Very friendly and professional. Testing was quick. Results came back next day. Entrance was horrible. Must use your phone to scan code posted outside. Fill out information while outside. Unfortunately, I went on the coldest day of the year. There was a line, no one knew what to do. Door is locked. Called, woman said no waiting come in. When I didnt go in, someone came out, like 5 people in front of me, who didnt know what to do. Some phones did not register the code for scanning. She took them in to use their iPads. Other than the entrance, place is great.”
“Leanne was amazing! So lovely, thorough, and calm even with screaming kids, a backed up queue, and persistent line out the door all day. I barely felt a pinch and she had me in and out very quickly even when they were backed up. Everyone in there is working HARD and does a great job! I recommend.”
“The location is harder to find. Go to the back of the plaza. Turn left, look for suite 53A. Go towards 53A, then take the path to the left. Stay on that path. Suite 45 is all the way in the back on the left.
Waiting room was large and clean. Man drawing blood was friendly and fast!”
“Made an appointment for the 3 hour glucose test and they didn’t have one until late morning. I called and after speaking with someone, I ended up doing a walk in earlier. Check in is quick. After mentioning I was here for that after checking in, I was taken back immediately which was amazing since they know you’re going to be there longer than most appointments and walk ins. They have a nice quiet room separate from the waiting room where you can sit in between blood draws which made it so much better. Everyone was very nice. I had a different person for each draw and no issues! Highly recommend this location!!”
“I had to take my 15 month old to get her blood drawn and the staff were phenomenal. I was nervous but both women made me feel calm. They told me exactly how to hold my daughter so she would be safe and comfortable. My daughter didn’t even flinch. Despite her having tiny veins, the phlebotomist (her name started with a V but I can’t remember it now) got blood on the first stick. It was a quick, easy appointment and I’m very grateful.”
“Best labcorp I’ve been to especially for my 2 year old. Short wait times with and without an appointment, competent staff and cute Halloween decorations which was a great distraction for my toddler. We went here for bloodwork when she was 1 & 2 years old and had a great experience!”
“Wait time can be long, but not at the fault of the phlebotomists. They are all really sweet and always welcoming. They have been helpful whenever I have had an insurance issue or any issue. I truly enjoy this location and all the women do their best with a packed waiting room.”
“I had two appointments at this Quest Diagnostics location this week, and both visits went very well. Check-in was quick, and the staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. I had a large amount of bloodwork ordered, and during my second visit I became lightheaded afterward. The technician immediately let me rest in the chair, brought me water, and made sure I felt completely better before leaving. I really appreciated the care and attention. Overall, both visits were smooth, and I would definitely recommend this location for bloodwork.”
“Went online made an appointment needed results back fast. Once I arrived I waited in lobby for 3.5 minutes. Receptionist called me I checked in. Gave my samples I was there for a grand total of 12 minutes max. Got results the next day. ?”
“The employees at Atlantic diagnostic laboratories were extremely friendly and let me in as soon as i rang the door bell. I was in and out within 5 minutes for my covid test. The first time i went for my covid test a few months ago there was a line to get tested but it was all very organized and went quickly. I strongly recommend going to Atlantic diagnostic laboratories for covid tests and or any lab test your doctor orders!”
“Lisa from MobiLab2go is amazing! She was able to come drawn blood for us on short notice and did an amazing job! If you’ve had bad experiences with having blood drawn, I can’t recommend Lisa enough, she’s extremely good at finding veins on difficult to stick patients. Will definitely be calling her next time we need blood drawn instead of going into one of the on-site companies.”

“Yes, the place is on the smaller side. However, they were very quick and efficient. We had Cindy draw our blood. She had great bedside manner and was excellent drawing blood, even for my wife whose veins are often hard to find. Some of the other reviews may be low, but we had a 5 star experience.”
