I have been going to modern nails for a couple of years. At first the service was exceptional and I really liked the rubber base gel. The fact that my manicures lasted four weeks kept me coming back. Unfortunately, the timing in between manicures has been longer and longer, and each time I debate continuing to go. I keep wanting to give this establishment another chance but this last time I decided I won’t be back. The last time I got a mani/pedi, the woman was very rude because she had an appointment coming in, and she made it obvious that she was bothered, to the point that I asked for another nail tech to do my hands because I was so uncomfortable. The woman was very unprofessional and very rough. I’m polite and always a good tipper. I gave her no reason to treat me this way. The nail tech who did my manicure was very polite but unfortunately my manicure only lasted for a little over a week. Still I came back again for a mani/pedi hoping the service would be what it used to be when I first started coming. Only to be disappointed again. A little over a week my gel started peeling. I remember a time the gel lasted a little over 4 weeks at times if couldn’t make it back as soon as I’d like. I’m not sure if the establishment is buying a different or cheaper brand but I will no longer be putting out $100 for a gel mani pedi that doesn’t last even two weeks. Most staff is very polite, and the place is very clean so I wanted to keep giving it a chance, but financially it’s upsetting to pay this much for a service and you don’t get the quality worth.

I don't even get my nails done, but take my wife here all the time. She swears by this place and I think they do a great job. Friendly and welcoming staff.

i told her i wanted an orange french with a neutral or bubble bath base she tokd me no it wouldnt show with my peachy french i told her i didnt care she told me its better with white milky color i told her no i dont think so she puts on milky white with peachy orange it was the ugliest combo ever i told her i didnt want it and ill just keep the milky white color nothing like i wanted i left disappointed she also made me bleed multiple times around the cuticle she also did not make them evenly almond i asked for almond and some and round and an odd shape.she would also do my nails a very wierdley way turning them 360 way she would also shove my hand very aggressively in the led i also have leftover thick glue under my nails that i cant get out.never going back do not recommend.

Just needed 1 nail fixed. Was told it would take 5 minutes. An hour later and still not done. I will never come here again. Terrible customer service

Was looking for a new nail place & saw the quality of their work online. Each tech is super talented from what I saw, and it’s a really nice environment. Found my new nail spot for sure!!

I asked for the one on the left and got this. The girl didn’t know what she was doing at all. I couldn’t even finish with French tip because it was so bad. 55+10$ tip. I can’t with this.

Busy. The manicurist, Davi, was very friendly and efficient. Did a nice, thorough job in a timely manner. Costs a little more than another place across the street. Also, was not aware of added on fee if using credit card. Perhaps there was a sign that I missed. Would have used it anyway- just wasn’t expecting.

My teens and I won't go anywhere else for manicures. They look amazing and last so well. All of the workers are awesome. Front desk does very well at orchestrating walkins and appts. Every tech I've had has shown care for their work and given me great advice for my nails!

I’ve been at modern nails a few times now, and I’ve had great experiences each time! My nails always turn out even more amazing than I imagined. Today I got acrylics with a French manicure, and Sophie did a beautiful job! Not only is she talented, she is also very friendly and was so fun to talk to.

The pedicures were quick and they left a lot of dead skin in my heels. My daughter got acrylics which were beautiful! I was just shocked it cost $70 for an acrylic manicure with a simple design. Probably will only use this place for designs for manicure. Back to my old place for pedicures.Services: Acrylic nails

Loving my matte nails done by Davy!!! Davy and Seth are always so helpful with suggesting new nails colors/designs.I must say I look forward to my every two weeks routine at Modern Nails. The staff is friendly and professional. One of my favorite parts of coming in to the salon is my conversations with Seth, who runs the front desk. After a long hard day at work coming in and getting my nails done and laughing and joking is just what I need. Thank you, Modern Nails!
