Absolutely atrocious wait time regardless if you have appointment or walk in. For walk in over an hour and a half wait. There's a fake counter of customers being served.

The phleotomist was very friendly and accomodating. I did not have mhy insurance card and was panicking. She assured me that my insurance information is in my account. So I did not have to come back. She was also very gentle

I’ve gone here a couple times and Pam has always been super accommodating and comforting! My script from my doctors office was wrong and Pam was kind enough to let me call and get a new script. She fit me right back into the schedule, which was already very busy.
I noticed other reviews about the wait time, that’s because there is only 1 tech on (most quests have 2). Appointments are scheduled for every 10 minutes with the possibly of walk ins, which is insane for 1 person to handle but she does it with a smile on her face!
If you need to go to any quest, you should make an appointment. That way you are guaranteed a spot. I can’t say enough great things about Pam, she is the backbone of this location!

This office likes to chat in the back room after lunch which was supposed to end at 12 according to the website but it doesn't end until 12:15 on the front door hours. I walked out after waiting from 12:10 to 1pm. They never took anyone back and a waiting room full of people, many of whim hadn't eaten yet today. Go elsewhere!

I live in NE Philly & have had bad experiences with my Quest. I decided to come up here because I saw good reviews about Pamela and they were spot on. She’s so sweet & I would 100% schedule here again just to have her do my labs.

I have horrible veins and have been to many different locations and this has been my best experience. Pam is the best! She is efficient, friendly, professional, and good at what she does!

I book at the Richboro, PA site specifically so I get Pamela. She is always super friendly, does a great job the first time, and will help you with your insurance information. It’s hard to find people like Pamela in the health service industry. Hope she will be there for a long time and that Quest will notice the amazing work she does!

Went there today for an employee screening. Pam the technician couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful. Really great experience and will definitely use this location again.
