After a horrendous experience at a Southampton Ace store I drove up and had the complete opposite experience. They had everything I needed and three different people offered help with I smile. This is my new go to hardware store!

Not a very helpful store they seem to have like some type of attitude. They expect the customer to know everything about hardware and they miss the fact that they’re in an area where people don’t have this experience so if they were a lot more kind and compassionate about people, not knowing everything that would help their business a lot. I found them to have like an attitude, not so kind. They don’t seem to go out of the way to be helpful.

As a contractor from out of town, working on a new Red Berry yogurt store, it was great to find this hardware store off second street pike with very friendly and helpful individuals. I've needed miscellaneous items in hardware and tools which they had readily available. A Local small business providing the resources I needed for productivity and efficiency.

Went in to pick up a few small items for some maintenance work, and since this was for the company I checked prices and kept a running tally in my head.
At check out I was expecting a charge of about $12, but was instead told almost $20 bucks.
Checking my receipt, two of the items were tagged several dollars below what they rang up. Went back and double checked, and sure enough, the brushes posted at $3.99 rang up at $6.99 and so on.
I don't mind high prices in a brick and mortar store, but I damn sure mind high prices that are even higher when you get to the counter.
