This is the 3rd time that the doors to open to get to the ATM do not work. I already called once to complain, and they honestly didn't care. They said we call to have it looked at and they say it's fine. We are getting new doors, so that should fix it. It did not! I have been with Commerce/TD Bank for over 30 years. I will be switching to a new bank.

The ATM is never accessible. The card reader on the door always blinks red that the ATM is closed. It's so frustrating if you have any sort of job that has you working later than 5 or 6, you can never get therr in time to use the ATM. America's most inconvenient bank.

I've been there several times over the last year. The doors never unlock after hours to let you into the ATM inside.

This is the worst TD bank location I’ve ever been to! I stopped by there last night to go to the ATM, but the card reader at the entrance wasn’t working.
After business hours, I understand they have to lock the doors. But most TD bank locations I’ve been to allow you to insert your debit card at the card reader that’s located at the entrance of the bank. That way, you can access the ATM on the inside. But the card reader at the entrance of this TD bank location wasn’t working! I kept trying to reinsert my debit card multiple times, but it wasn’t working. The card reader kept flashing red light instead of a a green light!
I’ve been to multiple TD bank locations before, and their card readers at the door always flashes green. But this was my first time at this location, and it will be my last time! The card reader kept flashing red and it wasn’t working, so I wasn’t able to access the ATM on the inside. And it’s also unfortunate that this location doesn’t have a drive through ATM outside either.
I’ve NEVER been to a TD bank that doesn’t have a drive through ATM. What kind of TD bank location is this? Are they stuck in the Stone Age? You guys need to fix these issues ASAP! You need to fix the card reader at the front entrance, so people can access the ATM that’s inside the bank. Or the very least you can do is have an ATM outside, so people can access it through the drive through area!

Very good service. Kyle is an excellent teller and is easy to talk too picks up on my mistakes. Tony helped me out when my mom died and told me what form I would need and where to go to get the form.

I’ve been going to the Richboro TD for about 10 years now and i’ve always gotten quick and friendly service whether it’s in store or at the drive thru window. Not sure what all these negative reviews are about, i’ve always had good service here

Terrible customer service. I went thru the drive-thru and couldn’t understand the teller. I wrote down what I needed and I included my account number , my routing number etc. The teller didn’t read what I wrote down, because he had to ask if I opened the account in PA because he didn’t want to put the wrong routing number on the paper. I had given him the routing number. I couldn’t hear him nor could I understand a word he said- and he had the nerve to be insulted.

Very very poor customer service from a bearded guy at the drive through. Very arrogant, does not belong in a customer service position. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Currently waiting, no line, but it takes 2 tellers to help 1 person. Been standing here for 5-7 minutes at this point. This isn't the first time I have had this experience.

I got in for business but nobody was available. I stayed for a while, and here a meany, full of hate employee who seems that never felt what's a customer service is. Instead of giving an excuse why none of the staff was available, he tried to talk thought to cover up. Low quality place, low life person...
