I’m not sure how this branch could ever get less than 5 stars. The employees at this branch strive to provide legendary customer service and succeed my expectation. The staff is always happy and never ever have been rude.

Branch has a right to change the rules.i would never recommend this brunch to any other Univest customer. Customer service doesn’t exist in this brunch. Please avoid this branch if you need good banking services and appreciation.

This branch has become an arm pit, they change the staff like most people change their underwear, they are inept and they do not know what Customer Service means. I will be there on Tuesday closing all of my accounts and going to a friendly bank where the people actually care about their customers and actually know how to do their job without calling another branch for information.

The people that work at this bank are rude and treat people horribly. The bank manager gave my mom, whose been at that bank for 31 years, a hard time and when my mom rightfully got frustrated, the bank manager said, "If you don't talk to me with more respect I won't let you withdraw your money at all." She also said, "you only get to withdraw money here because I allow it". The level of ego and self importance of that woman is unbelievable. We will all be leaving this bank and taking our money elsewhere. Absolutely disgraceful that they think it's okay to speak to anyone the way they did today. This is not the only time we've had issues with them being rude but today was by far the worst. That woman alone just made quite a bit of money leave that bank. I hope more people do the same because it's your money, not theirs and no one should ever have the illusion that they have more authority over your money than you do. You don't allow me my own money, that's absurd.

Agree with another review. We waited for 20min without anyone even aknowledging our presence, so we turned around and left. Go to Newtown branch much better staff

What a miserable group of people at this branch. Especially the weekend manager. Unhappy, unhelpful and genuinely disinterested in working for their customers. I would never recommend this branch or this bank.
