I can’t tell you how many times I order something and they give me something else. Or that they run out of oatmeal every week. What is going on? Like this French toast sandwich that I ordered…look at the posted photo.

Don't ever order from the app. There's an issue every single time, even on the simplest order. One time it was an hour wait before I found out they just never made the order(they offered no resolution btw)..This time it was missing a whole pizza and my 64oz tea was a 16oz?! How do you mess that up?
Door dash shrugs their shoulders when contacted and the wawa manager blames them with no resolution(again). Meanwhile I'm on hold, sitting there hungry and both companies are now richer for it. Yay fun for all!

Thank god the newtown location is now open as the customer service is terrible here. Everytime I've been there is always a different older woman employee being verbally nasty to another customer. The one saving grace is the younger woman with reddish hair supervisor working to make up for their attitudes and help the customers. Still - will not be coming back so God help me

It's 5am and no one at the check out counter forced to use self check out I don't work for wawa and do not get employees discount should have a human being at check out.

Today marks the last day I will ever be a customer of Wawa.
June 14th I filled up with diesel at the Richboro Wawa before picking up my boys and heading down the shore to meet up with the rest of the family. The engine shut down on the highway and I consider us lucky to have been able to make it to the shoulder safely.
I have documentation supporting my purchase of fuel, the towing of my vehicle, and repairs made by an AES certified shop which determined contaminated fuel was the cause of my problems. I presented all of this information to Liberty Mutual (insuring Wawa's Fuel Quality Guarantee) and was told that since I am the only individual reporting this problem with a diesel engine that they're denying liability.
Liberty Mutual's position is that Wawa fuel is tested daily. No contaminates or water found. Which I find interesting - folks were reporting engine failure after filling up with gas during a much more extensive contamination event at this location spanning over a weeks time - if tested daily, wouldn't they be aware of the problem almost immediately?
The bottom line is Wawa or Liberty Mutual, or both are refusing to step up to the plate and stand behind their product, their policy and their obligation to the public to 'act in good faith'. I'm out $20,000 in repairs and can't help but feel disappointed that we no longer live in a world where doing the right thing matters.

Closed from August 5th till September 11th for renovation. One of the first stores in the area to receive the renovation due to excellent customer service and high volume.

My favorite wawa in the local area, Bryan always friendly and talkative, food always correct never an issue, with the gas problem i barely get gas from here, im sure its something stupid, but great service all the time !
