My only issue is that I received a prescription that I had canceled back in May 2022 and I was as steady home when I realized it which then I could not return. I wish that they would go over what scripts you are picking up before they ring you up

The worst cvs pharmacy I have encountered. It took more than 3 visits and a whole day to get my prescription filled.

Single worst pharmacy I've ever been at. Each and every time, the prescription is never ready. Call it in a day before, nope. Automatic refills, nope. Hell, I even somehow dropped out of their system. Today, I stood in line for 10 minutes and watched the four people in front of me be told the same thing. \\\"It's not ready give us 20 minutes.\\\" I felt especially bad for the elderly gentleman in front of me trying to get medication for his wife when he was firmly told to sit down and wait. He was doing nothing but waiting already. Guess what I was told? I questioned the girl, \\\"Why is it that every single time I come in my prescription is not ready? Why is it that every single person in front of me is being told the same thing?\\\" What did she say? Nothing, she just walked away. My blood pressure went up fast. Then another lady raised a voice from behind a counter, \\\"we're busy.\\\" I was almost dumb enough to keep arguing with her, but I left before I blew up, without my prescription. I can manage without it for a few days until I get a new pharmacy, but not everyone has that luxury. Nothing but incompetence here. Find a local pharmacy like Martella's, or what works for you.

Aweful! My daughter needs her antibiotics before her surgery, it's been three days and they still are not filled due to the pharmacy not being open! I will be taking my business to Rite aid.

I have tried this pharmacy three or four times. They have failed to have any prescriptions ready in any sort of a timely manner. Tonight was the last straw! My wife took my daughter all of the way into Pittsburgh to see a specialist. After them driving for two hours and then me waiting for two more hours before even going up there, I was informed that my twelve year old's prescription wasn't ready. I was told it would be ready \\\"in ten minutes.\\\" I sat and waited in the store (they only had one chair) so when elderly people came in I got up so someone else could sit and wait. I went out and waited in the car. I brought my daughter in and we roamed the store. By this time there were still only two or three workers and six to eight people waiting in line. It was getting WORSE! I became so frustrated I finally left after hearing the excuse of \\\"our pharmacist didn't show up on Friday, and we are way behind (I had heard that same excuse from this CVS before). So, I went home and waited. When I came back at 8:30 at night (hoping by then they would FINALLY have my daughter's prescription ready... they were already closed. There were still two people back there, but they just informed me that they were closed. I informed them that I would be changing businesses. The reply was a deadpanned \\\"Okay.\\\"
