The service is pretty nice at this location and never had an issue with the lovely staff but im disappointed to say the least about the recent name change. BHCU has been around since 1952 and rebranding to Propell is a downgrade, as a known Bank tied to the Boeing corporation feels as the name was pawned off into this garbage? Someone asks what bank you have and you say Propell???Just feels like some third world country type bankšš»š Just doesnt sound as classy and well known as it did.
Also just had my card updated in may to find out all old marketed BHCU cards will no longer be active after this august is just garbage. Seriously? What kind of company is this anymore.

I have been a BHCU member for a little over 4 years now and I wanted to compliment one of your associates that has helped me tremendously over the past week or so at the Havertown branch. Mike Ruggiero was fast, efficient and very courteous in helping me with statements that I needed for our home sale. He is an asset to BHCU as is Regina Kopp who has helped me today and, in the past, as well. They have truly made my banking experience wonderful! They are both assets to your credit union and deserve to be recognized!

I have been a member for over twenty years and when no other bank I had accounts with for years wouldn't even attempt to assist me, even with excellent credit scores. Boeing Helicopter Credit union has been there for me and my family. ?

Absolutely terrible experience, bought a Honda CB650R, a street legal typical standard motorcycle and they refused to finance. Only explanation was āwe are not going to finance thisā.If that is the case, donāt advertise on your website that you finance motorcycles. Attached a picture to show the motorcycle they refused to finance. Not sure if they thought I was trying to get a dirt bike or somethingā¦ either way, they didnāt want to listen.
