I dealt with this bank back yrs ago and they love to charge fees and overdraft ur account even though you put money before the charge for something goes thru. I will NEVER DEAL with citizens bank ever again I would never give this bank in general not saying this branch but the bank in general a penny EVER again.... First National Bank is a heck of alot better to deal with if u ask me.. so take the extra time to go to their branches and not bank with citizens....
