“The new vet, Dr. Crabtree, is 10/10. The last doctor never once checked my cat’s teeth, and her teeth were the root cause of all her problems we’ve been dealing with for almost 2 years. If the last doctor had checked her teeth from day one, we would have been able to reduce the pain, suffering, and stress our family went through for 2 years. We mentioned her issues every visit, and they would chalk her issues up to cat acne and stinky breath and dirty ears and basically blaming us for not taking better care of her. A 10 minute visit with the new doctor and all of our questions and prayers were answered. She performed surgery on our sweet kitty who ended up needing 11 teeth extractions. And an ear synopsis that ruled out ear mites. And treated the scabs that she had from scratching her face open/raw because her teeth were bothering her so much (not cat acne like the last vet said it was!!). If the last vet would have taken two more seconds in our visits, we could have saved a world of hurt. I will keep going back to Dr. Crabtree forever & we love Cove Vet so much! Thank you for everything you’ve been doing!”

“We started rescuing special needs and senior cats this year. Our old vet clinic we went to never helped us, our two oldest cats were always sick and never getting better. They never ran tests or gave medicine unless I literally outright demanded it. Our oldest senior boy got a horrific eye infection, and I found out the previous clinic gave him eye gel that was actually dangerous for the condition that he had and could have blinded him. I stopped use right away and pulled him from the old vet clinic. I had had enough. Thanks to my mom, I made an appointment with Sylvan instead. It was my first time here, but we switched all of our animals over to Sylvan completely afterward. The vets and staff are so knowledgeable and keep up to date on medical needs and modern practices and medicine. I am convinced they saved both of our senior cat's lives and now they are doing better than they ever have before. I'm not sure they would have made it very long otherwise with how sick they were. They were going undiagnosed for so long with IBD and kidney disease, amongst other issues. I can't imagine the relief my babies must feel now having their medical needs finally met! All of my cats do well here and feel safe, they handle them with a lot of care, they can help with tons of specialty care (which is really needed with my cats), and they have made our lives so much better. They also have very reasonable prices and very very nice staff and a very clean building, all a big upgrade from where we were going before. We have now seen almost every single vet that works there and we have had wonderful, helpful experiences with every single one. And Dr. Kissell truly cares about animals and their well-being. That man has bent over backwards time and time again to get to the bottom of our problems and help our kitties! And his team does too! I only wish I had been going to Sylvan sooner!! I'd give 10 stars if I could!”

They are on the mend and it's all because of Dr Kendra Itle Dr Jessica Stanek and all of the staff that they are on there way to feeling better.
